I first contacted Ryan when things were still a bit nebulous. My condo was still in the final stages of a reno and I had a plan for what I wanted to do once I sold it, but couldn't provide much in the way of specifics.

My end of the process took (I think) 5 months. During this period Ryan was watching interest rates and knew what I was angling for. He carried through to my advantage when the dust settled, and I couldn't be happier with the experience.
