Very punctual and effective. Got the infestation done on time. Followed provincial rules and regulations. Definitely will use them in the future. Not that I anticipate that infestation ever happens to anyone but if so use them.

4 stars for responsiveness, I called when we had identified a rodent issue and an appointment was made for the next day.

1 star for execution of services. The employee didn’t have a ladder (!) and had to go get one for the appointment, making him over a half hour late. We told the receptionist who made the appointment that there was no evidence of mice (droppings, tampered food items) and that the sounds we had been hearing on the ceiling of the basement and 2nd storey sounded more like a squirrel had someone gotten into the house - or at least we think it could be/have been a squirrel due to the audible sound we could hear over a TV show being played in the living room and how quickly the sound would go from one end to another. When the worker did arrive he essentially threw his hands up and said he couldn’t see evidence of mice (we had already told him that) and that he wasn’t certain on entry points and did not lay any traps. We left feeling very defeated and left to our own devices despite being charged an exorbitant fee for nothing. No ladders. No traps. No camera wands. What did we just pay for? We would not recommend Safetech to anyone.

Upon arriving one of the two men were
swearing and yelling around the street about his glasses. My kids were standing there and he was well aware. They came once and sprayed the vacant unit downstairs and laid bait in the upstairs as it wasn't prepped. No big deal, however my landlord was charged full price 832.50 and we needed them to return and treat a second time. Both units this time and my landlord was charged 832.50 also. So I'm wondering why my landlord would be charged full price the first time. Lastly I would like to mention when they treated they did not treat our laundry room or lay bait or traps. My landlord was charged full service both times and it should be FULL SERVICE.

Safetech not only removed nests but ensured the wasps did not continue to gather by spraying multiple times.

I would recommend using Safetech if you need wasp removal.

Company as a whole was very responsive & professional. Khalid was a terrific resource for us as we needed to evaluate the level of our rodent problem. Explained things well, made us comfortable with what we could expect. Would definitely recommend it.

They were very responsive, answering the phone after hours, and setting up a weekend visit to accommodate our schedule. They were also very professional, and seemed knowledgeable about our problem (bed bugs), and what we could focus on to help deal with the problem. When they visited, they sprayed, set up bed bug traps and steamed items. No sign of bugs - we are pleased.

We just moved into a new house and a week later, ants. Price was higher than I expected, However it was two treatments and free follow ups if necessary afterwards, so I felt it was not completely unreasonable. Two days later we had service and ants have vanished so I am totally satisfied.

Called Safetech because I suspected the ants I saw in my house were carpenters. I called and They arrived right on time and explained everything to me. They were very courteous and kept me informed. They gave me some advice about sealing my deck to avoid further infestation. Zero complaints and I'd recommend them for sure.

When I broke out in spots and a doctor said they were bedbug bites, I panicked and called Safetech. They quickly set up a visit. Their representative was polite and clearly knowledgeable. In about 45 minutes he was able to show that there are no bedbugs, and my bites were a reaction to carpet mites (he showed me the evidence). I was very impressed and of course thrilled with the good news, as well as pleased that he didn't talk me into an expensive treatment that I didn't need. Thanks!

The team at Safetech Pest Control were referred to us through friends and it was a great experience. Had issues with carpenter ants, grubs and carpenter bees in both front and back. Quick turnaround from initial call to service, with supportive follow ups to questions as I needed. Would gladly refer them to others and use them again.

We used safe tech to exterminate cockroaches at a new property that we purchased. We were extremely impressed with their services! They honoured the warranty and came back a couple times to keep fumigating until everything was clear! We we would 100% recommend! Best company in Regina that we could find!

This is the worst customer service I have ever received anywhere. First, they don’t show up because it snowed and they were travelling out of town (understandable) but they call us half an hour BEFORE they were supposed to be here. Second, they come in and leave a bunch of shoe marks and chemical spills. I have to go in and sweep & mop my floors. The treatment they did, did NOT kill any of the bedbugs. It has been a week, and we have killed 6 or 7 of them. They keep calling us or our landlord expecting payment when there has been no good results. They told us they have someone coming tomorrow, but when we said that we will not pay until they are fully gone, they told us to deal with it and hung up. Worst company ever. Highly highly recommend to stay AWAY from them. They are overpriced, disrespectful, and frankly can’t even do their jobs properly.

Last year, I had a wasp nest under my front step. Of course I tried spraying some foam in under the step, but they just kept digging out a new entrance. After a week of messing with it, I called Safe Tech. They put some of their powder treatment around the entrances and the next day, I only saw a couple of wasps, the second day, they were gone.

This year, a new nest broke out under a broken section of my driveway slab. Since they did a good job on the step, I just sent an e-mail advising that I would be home all day today if they could come out and treat this nest. They replied with a confirmation time and arrived on time today. I'm completely confident in their work and that this nest will be eliminated. If a new one shows up in a new place next year, I won't hesitate to contact them again.

Timely and great service. Very friendly and nice to have the wasp issue taken care of and with the seasonal guarantee we have the satisfaction to rely on their return to resolve any residual issues if they are to appear.

I would recommend this service. Every fall for several years we have had mice take up residence in our home. We seemed to be fighting a loosing battle. SAFETECH PEST CONTROL sealed up all the entry points. They looked in places we did not even consider. Then they left bait that was harmful for the mice but secure so our dogs would not get sick. Finally our problem has been solved.
