The food is tasty and honestly very good. Portions are generous and staff are pleasant. The dining room is good but feels outdated with worn out chairs and old tables. Lots of flies in the dinning room. Overall great restaurant.

Almond chicken on rice with vegetables is no good. Just a couple bites of chicken (barely any), rock hard almonds, just awhole ton of celery, not enough sauce and bland. Plus they said 20 minutes and I waited an hour. So disappointed

Good food good service and I hope they never change the recipe cause that's the main problem with vietnamese restaurants they cheap out and change the noodle and it taste nasty

Very disappointed in the food we got from Saigon 2. Never have I ever had chicken chow mein noodles with large pieces of pepper in the dish (making it only taste like peppers). The chicken fried rice was the worst I’ve ever had. No flavour, and rice wasn’t cooked. The sweet and sour pork wasn’t sweet and soury. Instead of the normal chunks of pork in sauce, it was slices of pork. Then the almond chicken and diced vegetables was just 3/4 celery and few pieces of carrot and chicken. Will not be ordering from here again.

Ordered at 6: 30. Called at 8: 00 and was assured it was on its way. Called at 8: 50 to be told “we are closed”. No food, no apology. One star.

We ordered for pick up. The restaurant was not busy but we were rushed through the payment and pick up process. The meals were bland except the spring rolls. Thank goodness they were good.

Sadly, the food has changed flavour for the not the better yet again. I think the problem is the chefs they hire tweek their recipes so when they leave and a new chef starts over they are trying to go by whatever recipe thats on file but without the nice tweeks in flavour that make it more enjoyable for a meal

I’ve usually dined in but when I called for a pickup they were too busy. They only had three debit machines that could pre-auth a credit card over the phone and they were all out with drivers. They wouldn’t give me a discount on delivery and they couldn’t take my payment over the phone for pickup so we ordered from somewhere else.

Always delicious, no place like it! It is fantastic, my favorite is curry chicken or shrimp vermicelli soup, fresh rolls, and Vietnamese rolls. Sorry I always forget pictures you'll have to go try it for yourself!

My go to vietnamese place in Saskatoon, I almost always have the satay chicken. They have the best vietnamese rolls in the city, and their peanut sauce for fresh rolls is spectacular.
The food is alwayd delicious and consistent!

I would not recommend this place to anyone. Spent Over $50 and the food (ginger beef, chicken & rice noodles, beef & greens) was absolutely horrible, the only good thing was the sweet and sour chicken balls. I order Chinese lots Around the city and this is by far the worst place in the city I have ever ordered from. Not just that but the customer service was HORRIBLE, the women who took my order was not polite, professional, or pleasant to deal with the slightest bit. Even though their my neighbor which makes pick up incredibly convenient I will NEVER order from here again.

The chicken was tuff and the complete bum was cold. It was unappealing. Will not be going there for awhile.

Came here with a co-worker for lunch and it was absolutely delicious. The spring rolls might be the best in the city. Was very impressed overall!

Food was good. Took forever to get served seen lots of other people get served first that came in after my table did. Was not impressed with the service.

The best spring rolls! Friendly service. Good people and Taro root bubble too! They are very busy though, so you might have to wait, but it will be worth it

My bf and I come here very often and I can't get enough of their food. Curry chicken rice noodle soup with carrots.oh my God. And their chicken balls are the best in the city.

The Wonton Soup is the best I've ever had. Flavorful, lots of wontons and veges.

The other two dishes had absolutely no flavor. We added salt and they just tasted salty. These were Special Greens on Rice with Satay Sauce (Spicy) and Curried Chicken Fried Rice. There was no satay, no spicy, and no curry.

I came in for Thursday for lunch. I ordered soup & salad rolls but once it came out I wasn’t able to eat it just thinking about how dirty the front of the restaurant has got me thinking if was that dirty out here i couldn’t imagine how dirty the kitchen was. What about the floor? Every time someone walk by my table it made the other tables shake. One other customer almost tripped on the black mat. That can’t be safe for the servers with hot food. Our waitress wasn’t the friendliest either.

Food was very good! Family ordered for pick-up and everything was made perfectly. We had the Satay Beef soup, charboiled porkchop on rice and order of spring rolls. The Springrolls were filled well and fried to perfection.

The charboiled pork had a fried egg which made the dish come together well and comes with a delicious sauce on the side. The satay beef had just the right amount of heat and plenty of noodles.

Ordering here again! Would highly recommend this restaurant. They were busy when we ordered so that must be a good thing.

I used to go here when I was little, was such a good spot! Seems like new ownership or a new person running it. I’ve ordered 3 times from here and today was the last time unfortunately. They just can’t seem to get a order right, simple things like no sprouts in a noodle bowl and they put extra, and then forget the fish sauce. I highly suggest if you want a order to your liking to NOT order from here, sorry Saigon you only get so many times to fail.very unfortunate you don’t pay attention to detail

It was amazing the vermicelli was divine I would totally eat here again and in the midst in this pandemic they were very good about it

I can't remember getting a bad meal here ever, and today was no exception.

I ordered my usual (chicken chow mien) and it tasted incredible today! Highly recommend it.

Ordered here lastnight and over an hour goes by before we decide to phone. There was no answer! They did not even show up. Very disappointing.had to call some place else.

The meal was delicious! The restaurant was a little dirty. There had to be 20 dead flys in the wall light. But the food is great.

Went there with my girlfriend to get a noodle bowl and wow! Did it not disappoint. Really delicious, very awesome atmosphere. The crew working there were amazing and very nice. I have no complaints here, this place really was a homerun. One of the better noodle bowls I have had. We also ordered spring rolls which were pretty good as well. Definitely a must try and take your date there while your at it.

Went for the noodle bowl, wasn't bad, but no special at all during the day! What's up with that? Will not be back, places downtown offer specials, will support these places instead. Food was good but not the prices

Great experience with Vietnamese restaurants. Vietnamese food was very good.very original flavors. Great atmosphere and service was excellent. I recommend Saigon II Restaurant.

Saigon II Restaurant Food is consistently high quality and great tasting! Extensive menu of Vietnamese and Thai dishes. Pho soup is excellent. Staff is friendly and efficient!

Very good food. But I found the restaurant to be loud, not a good place to go to have a conversation. The wait staff too where not the friendliest but it had a very good noodle bowl

Been getting food from here for years. The dry garlic ribs, charbroiled pork rolls and the spicy soup are all time favorites for the whole family.

Always excellent. Been a favourite for 20+ years and has never disappointed. Friendly, tasty, fast in house and delivery. I love the online ordering platform.

I went there last night with my gf and when we walked in a girl came walked us to are seats tossed the menus on the table walked away couple min later she came back slammed some cups of water on the table one spilled a little and left.we go there alot so we where ready to order or at least get pop. But she walked away and sat there talking to her friends came back after 10 min and took are order and the food came befor the cans of pop did. The food was amazing besides the fact the girl had to show all her friends the butter wings we got and it was weird. All in all the food is amazing the service was not so good this time

I visited the restaurant with my mom and we both loved the curry chicken with egg noodles soup.one of the best VN curry we have had. Fresh rice rolls are to die for!

Wow.if you want to try a specialty one of a kind VN soup, then try the Satay beef noodle soup. They have the best Satay soup ever.hands down! Their spring rolls are mouthwatering.

I will not be returning! The food tasted horrible, and it was cold.people that ordered after us received theirs before us. I have a huge problem with spending a significant amount of money on something that doesn't taste good!

Food was good. The chairs are super low for some reason. Made sitting uncomfortable for me. I'm 6 feet tall. Our water tasted deep fried. Was gross. Had to get a pop to drink.maybe that's their hustle.
