Absolutely atrocious customer service. Insurance tried to use them to fix my vehicle and they did not communicate a single thing over the 9 months they had the vehicle and when I went in to check on the status they said it was safe to drive again. I drove the vehicle less than 30 kilometres and it started making crunching sounds. I had it towed back there and informed them it was not road safe. They told me they did only the work that insurance told them to and charged me for a diagnosis that told me my front breaks are metal on metal and countless other things that were a result of the accident had not been charged. Highly recommend finding another body shop that respects their customers enough to inform them of these things instead of lying about it being road safe.

Awesome service! Their driver, Brody, was also an absolute delight to converse with while they shuttled me from and to my appointment. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for automotive service!
