I'm a member of Community Clinic for over 30 years. For all these years I was more or less happy with the services provided by your office. Most recently on Wednesday Dec. 20.23 I made a phone call to set up an appointment to the doctor regarding my ear infection which I suffered already for one week. The receptionist who answered the phone was very unfriendly and refused to make an appointment as a explanation she told me that I have an outstanding request to do the blood test and that's the reason. In my opinion she wasn't competitive to make this decision. This made me really disappointed how one undereducated person can leave you suffer for three weeks already.

Can be a very busy place. Ensure u have an appt. Overall staff were helpful and took care of my needs.

The community clinic itself is good but the therapist half of it is bad
My therapist apparently went on vacation and it's been 3-4 months now
They were telling me that I will get a phone call about a new therapist they were gonna set me up with but I haven't even received a call about it between the 3-4 months

Update: I waited on waited on hold for an hour and 20 minutes. I was given an emergency phone appointment within two days. Greatful for the help, but wow, what a terrible system.

I've gone to this clinic for over 10 years. I enjoy the doctors, but the receptionist leave little to be desired. When calling for a appointment, expect to wait up to 15+ minutes BEFORE being out on hold AGAIN! That's ridiculous for wait times to book an emergency appointment.

Waited over a half hour on the phone. Can never seem to get into this clinic anymore.been registered with this clinic for years and still yet don’t even have a family doctor here since mine retired. They always seem to have like different doctors taking me in. Who have no knowledge of my health conditions or problems without me having to explain. This morning I was greeted by a rude receptionist after waiting a half hour to 40 mins on the phone at 8 am till 8: 40 am before I could even ask if there was any availability she stated nope we are not accepting anyone today before I could respond to ask if there was any availability this week she hung up. I understand you’re busy but that’s not professional to quickly drop a call regards to availability. Starting to become annoyed of the service here. Especially when you have been a client here for years I hope they learn to treat their clients with respect especially when you have a membership here! And hopefully I can actually get a main doctor there hard to keep up with doctors names when they are constantly referring you to different doctors. Not impressed

The most respectful and compassionate reception I have come across. These days it seems being short tempered and rude are the norm, I almost expect it. The receptionist who took my call was actually so nice and thorough with making sure I had all the information needed, that I decided to come and write my first review. True professionalism from someone who seemed to be a genuinely kind human.

I have been a patient with the Community Clinic for over 20 years. The doctors are wonderful, the lab and x-ray staff are top notch, the physiotherapists are so amazing, along with the pharmacy team, this is why I'm leaving a 5 star review. However, the receptionists are now lagging far behind, leaving a patient on hold for 30 minutes, hanging up then putting them on hold again for another 10 minutes is not acceptable. Please adopt a new system, and one that works for everyone, please. Please show some professionalism while speaking to the patients, they are the reason you are working.

Doctors are no longer taking new patients. Unless you are looking for an obstetrition.
My doctor doesn't work Fridays (my day off), so I have to take time off work to go see my doctor.
The clinic has changed. I have been coming here for over 45 years on and off.
The medical system in Canada needs more doctors and medical personnel to care for an aging population. Twice I have lost specialists here to them getting better offers in other provinces!
