I like buying products from this health food store. They have a great selection, for being a somewhat smaller company, and offer sometimes lower prices then their competitors. Their price point is on par with other competitors but I always check this store first, as I have found that some items cost less, which keeps me going back. The staff are a friendly and helpful as well!

Went into the store for the first time ever last week. Was looking for a few specific products I had found online that the store carried. As I have a plethora of allergies and specific diet needs I was excited to see that a local store carried them. The store was completely empty other than me, I saw three employees, but unfortunately other than the hello I heard when I walked in, there was no other effort to engage with me by staff at all. I was probably in there at least 20-25 minutes and didn't know my way around. I had wanted to ask where specific things were but seeing as no one bothered to look up, I didn't feel super comfortable or welcome. Eventually I found the product I was looking for, bought it and left. The store is nice, bigger than I thought it would be, and with a fair amount of products. I'm giving it 3 stars solely for the customer service that day, which left much be desired, I hope it's not like that all the time and understand people have off days. Based on my experience that day though, I most likely will not be back.

Franky is a wiz when it comes to vitamins and supplements. Super happy with her advice and recommendations on what worked best for my situation. Shes the real deal! The 5 starts are for her. There has been a few times I've been in the store and not purchased anything as they were out of stock which is a little disappointing but hoping shes working next time I roll in and need some advice!

Management is very nice and they help in arranging products if out of stock.

Herbs n Health carries a wide range of health supplements. I used to always get my homeopathy remedy from them, it was great dealing with them and as well they were very organized.

Very friendly and helpful, let me have my dog with me while I shopped and offered lots of cuddles and treats
