Horrible place. Horrible staff. Racist. Bed bugs and roaches. Not a place to bring anyone unless you’re looking for something cheap and gross. They treated people horribly.

I booked the Saskatoon Inn for my wedding and the lead up to the day was great! Our Banquet coordinator seemed on top of everything and was communicating with my husband and I regularly which we appreciated. Unfortunately, come the day of our wedding, the service received was not what was promised. The appetizers we ordered that were to be served during cocktail hour were not served until an hour and a half later and were only served once my mother-in-law told the banquet staff to SERVE THE APPETIZERS! The response I received after the wedding was, "the staff were instructed to wait for the Bride and Groom to be there. " This was never agreed upon and, in fact, was spoken about in person to our banquet coordinator SEVERAL TIMES that we would not be there. The appetizers were for our guests ONLY as we would not be around during cocktail hour. The banquet manager decided to call the mistake a "miscommunication" and decided there was nothing the team would do to rectify the situation. I wasn't looking for a refund by any means and stated this to the banquet manager, but at least a small discount would have shown me that the Saskatoon Inn cares about their customers and aren't just in it to take your money and run. Not to mention, something should have been provided especially since the food was BURNT by the time the staff served appetizers.

WORD TO THE WISE FOR FUTURE BRIDES AND GROOMS: If you decide to book the Saskatoon Inn, make sure you get EVERYTHING IN WRITING. We thought we had, but I guess the time the food is served on the contract is not good enough. Our biggest mistake was trusting the Saskatoon Inn to follow instructions. Given the venue, I would book it again for a ceremony but would not book a reception. Their management and ability to communicate between departments are not capable of handling appetizers, let alone a supper.

WORD TO THE WISE FOR THE SASKATOON INN: One of the points that was made over our emails was that there was confusion on the banquet ends side, but the banquet staff would not bother to call or text the bride and groom. Maybe make it a NECESSITY to have a main point of contact like a parent of the couple or best man or maid of honor if your staff refuses to call the bride or groom. That way, there is someone to call when you don't know what to do. I'm sorry, but doing nothing does make your staff at fault and doing nothing thereafter is not a solution.

First time, we had to wait about 40 mins before our room was ready and we arrived at 3: 20pm. However, they did make up for it by giving us breakfast vouchers at the restaurant. The indoor tropical ambience in the hotel is really cute though, made us forget that it was a cold & windy day outside. We got the 1 bedroom suite, a bit outdated on some areas but very clean and spacious. Very quiet hotel as well. Staff were friendly and helpful. The onsite restaurant was good, food was amazing!

We held our Christmas party in Hall B. The place is very spacious, the service is very good, the attendants are helpful and always ready to serve. Nice and beautiful venue for any occasions. The food is very good we enjoyed it

Great room. Great decor and atmosphere. Food menus was not great, and quality was a letdown. However, breakfast was good.

Bar staff can't make a cocktail if their life depended on it, service don't count on it, serve yourself, food was disgusting at dinner time, rooms were clean, it's cool looking in main area, it has alot of potential.

Hotel is a dive management is terrible. One of the worst managed properties ever. And a month later still nobody called to resolve the issues. Very poor management never stay here!

The beds were good, and so was the size of the fridge! But the keys didn't work! The bathroom tap came off in the tub, and there was
nothing, in the bathroom to wash or clean hair! Dirty sink! They also didn't tell us they only clean o the rooms every 3 days! So we didn't have any towels other than the wet ones! The bathroom had a sliding door that was almost see through! The pool was nice, but the ribbon around the pool was coming off! No hot tub, or sauna! We've never gone to such a HORRIBLE HOTEL!

Cleaning service was awful and overpriced for what we got. Spent 2 nites and never got any sleep due to other guests. Had to ask for clean towels etc. Bottom floor looked good but we were on the 3rd floor and the walls were a mess and the floor was covered in plastic. Maybe for painting. Garbage bags all over and towels and room service trays on the floor outside almost every room almost all day. When I asked if they were short handed I was told no.

We asked for a suite as traveling with our daughter and her 4 month old baby. We were told the suite had a separate bedroom and two beds. When we arrived we found the so called separate bedroom was not separate as it did not even have a door and was only two steps away from the sitting area. There was only one real bed and a couch pull out with a uncomfortable thin hide a bed mattress and no pillows. When we asked the front desk if we could have a real suite we were told that was the biggest one they had and did not offer another room or any type of compensation to assist with us getting the sleep we needed for driving 9 hours the next day. The size was not the issue, it was the lack of actually being a suite and not having a second real bed! We could have booked somewhere that could provide what we actually needed if this hotel had not sold us a product they don't actually have. It was 10: 30 at night and everyone was exhausted or we would have tried to find another hotel. In the morning when we talked to the manager, the only thing he offered was to talk to the staff about properly describing the room. There was no compensation offered again.

The customer service at the Saskatoon Inn was quite subpar. I was simply asking where to get some sandwiches and the representative at the desk responded in quite a rude and irritated manner. Furthermore this representative couldn’t answer my simple question and had to call her manager. They agreed to bring the sandwiches to my room and they never did. I was very hungry. To add onto this, my room key stopped working half the time, after about 30 minutes since last using it. I had to get about 4 keys in a 2 hour period. The one time I did get my food, it was also not great.

Stayed here for a business trip last year. Quite a beautiful hotel. Conference area is massive. Rooms were very clean and modern. Food at the bar had big portions and tasted great. Lost a star for the shower taking 10 mins to get hot water.

Only been here 2 days so far but if you are a corporate traveler or doing any business, this hotel is great. In the process of opening a new office in Saskatoon. I called 7 hotels to set up a deal for me and my agents. 3 replied out of the 7 hotels. 2 had no idea what I was talking about. And 1 this hotel said, sure sir.we have a full sales team dedicated for that, let me put you through. Talked to a sales agent and she understood exactly what I needed to set up, gathered all of my information properly and with 1 maybe 2 hours I get a call from the sales manager with a detailed list of options and prices. I said if the sales department was that professional, I had faith in the hotel. Check in was quick and detailed right to my room to rest. Room immaculate cleanliness 9/10 condition. Bathroom I inspected very well Asli so clean. Bed fresh and comfy. Great choice and the sales manager give me a good set rate that I can prepare my budgets with and offered me a complementary hot breakfast just to showcase how good it is.

Rooms were spacious, social distancing in effect, hand sanitizer available, temperature check and screening for anyone entering, very wide open lobby, pool and restaurant in lobby, lounge, convention rooms available for meetings etc, but no drinks or meals allowed in meeting rooms, hotel under renovations in some areas, wifi is good, most rooms have mini fridge, microwave, flat screen tvs, hd satellite tv, close to airport and conveniently located along circle drive, lots of parking space, away from busy areas

Room is very nice and clean. Props to the cleaning staff! But the food was quite terrible. Greasy and cold, thumbs down to the restaurant. Not worth the extra spent on the food voucher. But overall a great hotel!

Greatly appreciate all the staff, especially Alex and Mona, for the best accommodation we received. Everything went well, from beginning to end. You guys are the best!

Stayed here for a weekend for my sons 10th Birthday. One of the most beautiful hotels
In the city! Love the courtyard and the relaxing atmosphere. We did not want to leave. The pool was great for what we needed. Looks beautiful in the evening. Restaraunt was awesome and all staff were very friendly. Room was nice and clean. Felt safe with the Covid protocols they implemented. We will be back again!

Requested a late checkout weeks prior to my stay. Confirmed at check in I could checkout at 2 pm. Well housekeeping walked into our room twice during our stay. The first time they kept banging on the door waking us up. Then I called and complained at the front desk and they said they would notify housekeeping. Well tried to nap again and housekeeping walked right into our room. Food was also not very good. Ordered a poutine and it was so salty it was unedible and ordered another one and it was the same thing. Also front desk asked me if I used my breakfast voucher which I was never given. After I had already bought breakfast.

Horrible service. Would never stay there again. We were not forewarned on check in that three industrial fans would be going all night just outside our room. We checked out at 4 am as we could not sleep from the noise and the warmth
from the fans that was heating up the room. No credit was given only excuses were provided. We used to love staying here. The place has gone down hill.

I was bit unsure about staying in a hotel during this pandemic. But believe me, the entire hotel staff were following all the rules and regulations due to COVID-19. Physical distance was maintained very properly and from the moment of entry to exist, staff was very helpful. Food was really delicious. Only advice would be, when cooking omelette or ordering one, ask the chef to cook it in butter, it will taste much better.
It was a very relaxed short vacation I had with my family during Christmas. Kudos to the whole team.
