We are super thankful to the crew at SMP, that really made this a stress free experience (that is saying a lot, because I naturally stress a lot haha). I looked elsewhere too, but SMP went above and beyond and The no pressure, take your time, "we will take care of you" attitude, was exactly what I needed to get over my "carsalesmanphobia".

We got an amazing vehicle with all the little details I wanted for our busy family with 3 active boys, great warranty, a great deal, a full tank, detailing, protection service, a choice of a gift from their mount of gifts for purchasing from them etc. All the bells and whistles, while they also put up with all my questions/ concerns.oh and they were so great with my boys who were with us - keeping them entertained with colouring books and making them feel comfortable too, instead of ignoring them.

We took our original vehicle out for a test drive (again with no pressure) - when we got back and were still a little undecided, we were offered a second van to take for a test drive to help us make the decision on our own. Jarrett was super patient with us and made the experience a fun one.
