These guys are great. Low pressure, answered all our questions and accommodated us wanting to come in earlier than our booked appointment as we were coming from out of town. Shane Cabilao was our salesman and was great. He was patient and went over everything with us. We've even discussed doing some of our service at this dealership as it's so well setup. If you're looking for a car definitely give these guys a chance.

I was scouting for a used car and connected with their executive. Told him my budget and expectations. I shortlisted two cars from their inventory on portal and I was called for a test drive for those cars the following day. When I reached there, they made me test drive a different car. Unprofessional on their part not to inform me beforehand about it. I did not like the car and requested for more options. They said they will let me know if they have any other vehicle in their inventory that fits my budget and requirement.

The same day in the evening I spotted another car on their inventory list (but with other store which had to be brought to their store) and requested for a test drive. I was confirmed a test drive at 11 AM next day. At 7: 30 Am next day, I was informed that somebody else has an appointment for the same car at 10: 30 am and asked me if I can come at 8-9 am. I somehow managed to reach the spot (despite it being a working day) and I had a surprize waiting for me. They made me test drive another car (which was higher priced) and after the test drive was over they told that there was an error in arranging the car. I could not believe that my two days were wasted and all they could do was say "sorry" about this ordeal. I still wonder why did they do this? I vowed not to go them again.

The very same day, I connected with another dealership in the town and was able to finalize the deal in a couple of hours. Very different attitude and transparency. Two of my friends also took cars the same week but I made sure that they did not go to North Hyundai.

Saskatoon North severely lacked on professionalism and were really pathetic in their response to their own errors.

I love the fact they have free car fact reports. The staff are awesome. And the vehicles are an awesome ride. Highly recommend

Ok so i went to pre order an elantra there and i applied for a loan approval
Next day when i am visiting the dealership after asking them on phone about approval, they said that its approved on phone but when i went to dealership in person the finance adviser Owen tells me i have to make 12,000 down
He started conversation with good news and bad news and after all he told you are not approved
I dont know what are this guys upto

If you guys wanna refuse then refuse at first time and dont want to sell then dont sell but please dont try to play with customers
I would not recommend this dealership

Very very poor service, and disaster experience. I booked my car service on 12 th of November. When I booked I told them specifically that I need to check my car breaks, and check everything because I always service my car before winter. Then she told me that I have booked your appointment under basic service. When I reached on 12th November morning, there is senior lady on service department, and firstly she replied me that there is not appt at 10 am under my name, then I showed her Hyundais confirmation message, then she rudely asking me, what you want to do? And I told her I already mentioned when I booked the appointment. She then told me you have booked for only oil change, and I have objected that. I mentioned clearly about total car service when I booked appointment and I got $99.00 quotation. Today that senior lady told me to pay around $200 for just to check my car. Total bad experience, rude behaviour and It felt like cheated.

Dylan was super helpful, and very accommodating! Ashish the sales manager was great to work with too. Mimi, and Mohammad were both great in the finance department. They worked out a fantastic deal for me.
