I have been going to Saskatoon smiles for a few years now. Mel Chanthaseng is my hygienist and is literally one of the best in the city! She is thorough, professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. She truly cares for each of her patients. Dr Antosh is my dentist and always makes sure my issues are addressed and gives me options to consider before just jumping into a treatment plan. He is very professional and pleasant to deal with. The front desk staff are super courteous and the ambience is amazing! I particularly love the massage chair there and often come early/stay a little later just to use it!

Dr. Antosh is knowledgeable and friendly. I am glad I finally found a dentist my kids feel comfortable seeing, and the play area in the waiting room is fantastic. He had done my Invisalign and is currently working on my sons Invisalign and I couldn’t be more happy with my teeth! I would recommend Dr. Antosh to everyone I know.

Have had a great experience here. They always send lots of reminders for appointments and put you on a cancellation list if you want to get you in sooner. My last cleaning was quick and painless.

Dr Antosh has been so patient and graceful with me over the time I’ve got my ortho treatment. It has been a wild journey, expensive, but I am grateful for all the staff, especially Melinda. My teeth look great and healthy!

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Antosh for 15 years! His work is amazing! His knowledge and skill are top notch. My daughter has had braces done by him and is currently working with him on dental implants along with an oral surgeon and I am completely satisfied with the level of care and concern he has had for her! I have recommended him to various other friends and family members who also see him for dental work. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He is the only dentist I trust with mine and my children’s teeth!

Dr. Wesley Antosh was absolutely amazing. I was so nervous about being back at the dentist and he made me very comfortable, and explained everything well to me as well. Highly recommend!

Totally blown away by their service and speed! I had a bad experience with Smile Direct Club and went to see if they could help me with my retainers. I went in the morning and less than 24 hours later, they called and said my new retainers were ready. So fast and helpful.

I had a invisalign consultation and everything went fine. When we got to talk about the cost, it was far too expensive for me. $2000 down payment is crazy. I then got told that I have 3 months to think about it but I knew just based on the price that I wasn’t going to go through with it. Fast forward a month later they call me and asked what I decided on. I let them know I don’t have the financial needs for it and was told that since I’m not going through with it, they’ll have to charge me 50% of the ortho records which was $261. I’m not one to argue about price but that is so ridiculous. I was never told that the consultation had a cost. The lady I spoke to was very nice, I’m more so complaining about the crazy prices and the lack of communication, it is unacceptable.
EDIT: They called me back and were able to fix the situation by giving me a full refund. I appreciate you ladies taking the time to be so understanding and concerning about this, it means a lot to me more than you ever know.:)

I have amazing service so far with my dental work. Oral surgeon was amazing with my extractions.

I had the pleasure of seeing Dr Antosh yesterday. I had a crown replaced. I didn’t even need freezing and had the permanent cemented today. His in office lab technician showed skills in detail and made the crown much better then the original. I would gladly send my family to Saskatoon Smiles.

Dr Antosh and the staff are incredible. He fixed one of my front teeth and I can’t believe how good he did. Mel was my hygienist and she was amazing.

I strongly advise - honestly, beg of anyone reading this - look elsewhere for any dental work. The Dentists at any Saskatoon Smiles office have no regard for their patient's safety and will be covered legally by the owner Wes Antosh.

Complaint Case #20-46 Dr Alpna Krisgnaswamy & Dr Wes Antosh.

Though I have minimal information as to reprocussions either Dr encountered from my complaint, the complaint was taken to the board and after speaking to a director I was informed that there were consequences that could not be shared with me due to privacy concerns. Though I did recieve a joke of an apology from one and I have a letter from Wes Antosh to my general practioner admitting damage was done.

2017 I was having troubles with my wisdom teeth, went to Hampton Dental originally they had told me it was too complicated I would need orthodontal but called me back and said they had a dentist who "thought she could do it". It went absolutely horrendous. I was provided legal forms from a very nice young lady with very minimal English skills. The assistant dropped multiple tools which were put back in my mouth, I believe the dentist (Krishnaswamy) continuously hit my top tooth with the cutting saw (though she assured me it wasn't, just kick back) and the point where I decided she would have to finish the 1 tooth she had in pieces but would not be letting her continue on the second as planned was when she asked the assistant "Is there is anything else long and pointy in here". Once she had finished that tooth I said no more, she screamed at me that "its surgery, its going to hurt and its going to take awhile". The next day I noticed I had not regained feeling in my jaw or tongue on that side, the office informed me that sometimes the nerves are hit with the freezing give it a couple days. Days turned into weeks, Wes was contacted and checked me out, as it turned out the dentist had cut the nerves in my jaw. Wes assured me that the feeling would return. I had no intentions of legal action or going for reprocussions, I just wanted my mouth fixed. He originally offered to send me to someone who may be able to fix the problem but after finding out it was $300 to walk through the door retracted his offer. I continued to try and work with him for 3 years on this, every single time he told me that it would correct itself in 1year, 2 years, 3 years (this is also noted on the letter to my doctor). Once the 3 years was up and I could no longer take him or the dentist to court because the statue of limitations had run out he washed his hands of me and refused to discuss the subject any further. That was when I decided to take them both to the College of Dental Surgeons.

It has now been 5 years. I had to learn to talk again properly, there is constant pain, tingling and itchiness on that side of my mouth, I am unable to taste on that side of my mouth. I have just about bit all the way through my tongue on that side and so many horrible experiences.

I am glad it was me and not my child who went through this, but I would never wish this to happen to anyone again. Please consider any other group of dentists.

Dr. Antosh, his dental assistants, administrative staff, and lab tech are all nothing short of amazing. His care for patients and attention to detail reflect into his incredible dental work. Right from walking in the doors to completing dental work they will make you feel completely comfortable and at ease. Can't say enough great things!
