Sigh, very hard to get my connecting bus, some buses run late, or leave early. Unpredictable.

Could you guys maybe train your drivers not to just blow past you if you're standing 4 feet to the side of the bus stop? I'm really sick of this joke of a transit system wasting 10+ minutes of my day, nearly everyday because either the driver is late or they've decided to leave early and basically screw me out of a ride. It's disgusting you charge $83/month for a bus pass to the least reliable and most consistently inconsistent service. I'll leave my apartment with a few minutes to spare only to get to my stop and see the bus has been delayed by 5 minutes, I get delays happen, but nearly everyday, everytime I ride the bus? Do better or lower the price.

Lost my phone on a bus and they were NO help! In fact, i've tracked my phone TO THE DOWNTOWN OFFICE and they told me they didn't have it. Are they stealing lost items? SO unprofessional!

Bus route 16 provides the worst service for taxpayers. During peak hours, it is always late, 80%; the real time information is always not real, 80%; sometimes skips the stops. How come the city collects heavy taxes from us, but doesn't work out an reasonable and acceptable schedule!

Sometimes you make it on time and sometimes people who can’t afford to pay cancelation fees for a medical appointment are screwed because the transit office likes to dilly dally and not tell people that the route got canceled at the last minute.

There were three other people stuck waiting in the rain for a bus that won’t come for the next two weeks. Thanks Sask Transit. Real nice of you. Convenient that it only got posted 15 minutes AFTER the bus was supposed to be there.

The service is usually good but ahh, you guys really need to work on updating routes and not doing last minute changes because I - no, scratch that, the great majority of this godforsaken city - can’t afford this.

Right now, it's the only way my son and I get around sometimes. It can be a little slow. But it's still works great.

The app is inaccurate. Busses don't stop because they are full. The drivers are great

Horrible service from bus driver today for bus number 45, he should have basic understanding and common sense when customer press stop requested he did not stop the bus and told to customer wrong for not buzzing the light, then i miss the bus number 18 for one hour

I’m so happy that we have a public transit system and I’m beyond grateful that the buses all have bike racks.

I will refer it as the worst transportation a city can offer to the public all over the globe.
If government wants to develop the city out of horizons, there would require a very efficient and quality public transportation all around the year and it doesn’t exist here in Saskatoon. Wish if I could add zero stars. Thanks.

I had the most pleasant bus driver today that there has been in a very long time he was so nice so genuine, I told him why he said that's not the way I work he said those bus drivers should not be doing that or saying that thank you very much bus driver number 8 I will not say his number.

Today I experienced worst customer service in my lifetime i lost my bus pass and i walked into the transit office in downtown for help it was 5: 31 when i walked in there was a guy working he talked too rudely and says ‘how did you get in get out we are closed” is it the way that they serve people they need to control there tongue i don’t think they even deserve one star rating.

Bad transit system
Specially number 7 bus driver today having too much partiality with international that if they see us 2 sec away from stop they didn’t stop for us even if any passengers from inside bus is having that there stop. So bad. They should think that we waste money on bus passes just to take ride on them and if in this winter they didn’t even wait 2 sec on the stop after seeing that we are just 2 sec away, this money doesn’t worth us anything.

The transit supervisor should do something about this as it’s every time with every person. Firstly they are sometimes early 2-3 minutes from given time then If they see a person is 2 sec away they don’t want to wait. All are not like this but the person who is driving 7 no bus I experienced with that same person this thing many times now and this is so bad they should at least wait 1 min for a person.

Oh no!
The bus system is okay, somehow, you will miss many bus even you are at the bus stop 5mins ahead.
Sometimes the bus delay 25 minutes; sometimes the bus just passes you without stop; and lots of time, the bus just ignored you and leave as soon as possible!
If you can avoid take buses, do not take it.
70% on time, 15% missing (do not even appear) and 15% delay.
