Honestly not impressed here. I had my car in for a service and got it returned with a tool missing from my car which was in there upon arrival for my appointment. The receptionist who answers the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional when I called this morning to follow up for the third time about this… they are insisting they never touched anything in my car when there is clear evidence they were in my trunk where the tool was

Peyton at VW Saskatoon was without a doubt outstanding.

He took the time and consideration for the vehicle that would fit my family and my wants. Testing vehicles was easy peasy - and was able to keep my little daughter entertained.

My favorite part of course was when he introduced me to everyone at the dealership so I was familiar when I come in for service.

The financial process can sometimes be stressful but NOT here! Sydney and I were sharing stories and getting to know eachother from the start of signing to the end. It's like I made a new friend.

Our 2018 Altas required a head gasket be replaced due to a coolant leak, VW Saskatoon completed the warranty work. Months later (no longer under warranty) start getting engine misfire codes, take it in to have it looked at. Engine codes are due to a fouled spark plug which has indicators of fouling from coolant running thru cylinder 4… THE EXACT same cylinder VW replaced the head gasket on, however find out they NEVER REPLACED THE FOULED spark plug originally, which according to some basic research should ALWAYS be done when replacing a head gasket, of course, it’s been in contact with coolant! Thanks to their oversight, we not only received the inconvenience of having our Atlas in the shop for two days again but also a $700 bill to diagnose and repair what should have been taken care of by VW months ago. Do not take your vehicle here. Incompetent technicians and no accountability from VW Canada for any of the issues the Atlas’s have! Unacceptable for the cost of the vehicle!

Our salesman, Andrew was amazing while we were purchasing our 2018 Atlas. Everyone we've dealt with at Volkswagen Saskatoon has been helpful and accommodating. We definitely recommend!

Called to make appointment to get an oil change done and was told to try calling back in 30 min by the receptionist cause they were too busy to even take the call but they manage to send out emails telling you to get service done all the time. Do better

Initially we had a horrible experience at this dealership when we tried to trade in for a different vehicle. However, the manager Mitch Weber contacted me after he read about our experience and was eager to make it right. We were hesitant at first but decided to give them a second chance. I'm glad we did, Mitch went above and beyond to get us into the vehicle we were looking for. Very impressed with his customer service and dedication to ensuring we walked away happy.

We had a great experience with VW Saskatoon where we bought the beautiful Atlas Highline. Its an awesome Car and we just love it.

I bought my first vehicle with the help of Josh Cote! Great salesman and very patient with my indecisiveness! He was super helpful in the process of deciding on my 2020 Tiguan. All the staff here are super friendly and would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to use Josh as their product specialist!

We just bought a new 2023 VW Atlas and our salesmen Josh Holick was great! He was knowledgeable, very helpful and patiently answered all of our questions. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy at VW.

I took my vehicle to VW Saskatoon because of an electrical problem that is draining the battery constantly even if the vehicle is off. I have been doing some work to fix it up but don't know anything about electrical systems to try to find the short in the wiring myself.

I asked for a list of electrical problems that could be causing the problem. When I went to pick it up the next day, this is the useless list of problems they gave me for $180.00:
1. Spare tire is missing (removed at my house by me)
2. Hood Support Piston missing (removed by me for replacement)
3.headlight housing damaged and headlight burnt out (I can see the light is burnt out but have never heard of that causing a battery drain) they will change the light bulb for $400
4.tires are bald (I have eyes)

I couldn't believe that this was the list they provided to me as almost nothing they mentioned is even connected to the battery so I asked to talk to the mechanic but he was gone for lunch.
The manager talked to me and said he would talk to the mechanic and get back to me in a day or two. I have given them a few weeks to follow up and now I can see they will just say anything to get you out of there once they have your money. I should have refused to pay for such horrible service.

If you think you should take your VW to the Saskatoon dealership because they know how to diagnose problems/repair them better than a independent mechanic you are wrong. Take it to an independant shop, all of the best mechanics start their own shops and they will do better work for less money.

Purchased a car from Josh Scorey and Kyle Crooks. Together, these two provided me an incredible car buying experience. A quick story! We were travelling to the lake, it was 4: 30 PM on a Thursday, and we were having trouble with my Dad's Tiguan's hood. We stopped by; though their repair staff are scheduled to be done at 4: 30, they fit us in for a quick-fix—at no charge! Super service, kind people, highly recommended.

Recently purchased from VW, overall i had a good experience. Thanks to Ronny in sales I was able to get the exact car i wanted. He was very thorough with the sales process and pleasant to deal with.

Although the car was not ready (paint/mechanical work) when it was supposed to be i was able to get a nice loner vehicle through VW the day after it was expected.

After i got my car it did have engine, epc, and coolant issues almost immediately, as well as electrical issues in the interior which i think should have been caught in the inspection. However, they did schedule me in for maintenance and a reinspection very quickly and the service took less than half a day. A shuttle was offered to get me to/from the dealership and i was not charged for the work. Everyone working in the bays was very nice.

Siri (financing) and Emily (booking) were also extremely helpful and great to deal with.

Traded in and got a 2017 VW Jetta wolfsburg edition. Josh Holick was an amazing salesman. Was a no pressure, high knowledge salesman. Have purchased and traded alot of vehicles and this was by far my best experience of all of them!

We recently stopped in to test drive a VW Atlas. Mitchell, our FFun group salesman was courteous and knowledgeable. Even though we have previous experience having owned a 2018 version - we were nicely guided through features.
We had a great test drive, and quickly negotiated a fair deal with our trade.
Luckily the trim level and colour we wanted were actually available immediately, so we were able to drive home the new vehicle a few days later.
Our experience picking up was fast - which was great since it was at the end of a long work day! We got set up with the VW car app, taught all the features, introduced to the service department.

So far, the experience has been very positive!

I got a new car from this dealership and it was having mechanical problems all the time so i tried to talk with my previous salesperson and he was not very helpful. Then i had to go with Ronney and he was really helpful getting me and friend new cars, he even gave me a really nice loaner vehicle So if somebody needs a car from here always go for Ronney! Do not fall for their Fun Advantage package when buying used cars. They do not inform you before hand that they would add 1500CAD to the advertised price of the car, unless you are smart enough to ask them before hand. The advertised price might look very competitive and low, but finally the surprise costs that add up (like the optional Fun Advantage, which they almost sell like it is mandatory to buy), and the car ends up costing like any other deal anyway.

Drove a car in here, was in love when i saw it online but lost interest when i saw it in person, the car was filthy, the battery was very low, kept giving me msgs on dash. I was just hoping to return it back to them asap.

Extremely impressed with the level of service my wife and I have experienced at VW Saskatoon. Mitch's level of service has been superior in every manner. VW Saskatoon went above and beyond to make me satisfied with my purchase. 10/10 would recommend!

Hey just wanted to take a second to say Josh Cote made this one of the first enjoyable car trade- in/ purchases we have ever had. He went over and above to be sure my wife and I were happy and comfortable. He was professional and ambitious. Just don't. From sales, to finance, to service worst experience ever. Finance manager texted payment information, went in to sign and nothing what we had talked about was right. Her response was opps, i must have had the wrong file or wrong person. I had all the messaged that quotes her on the vehicle, so had to argue with her. Service is awful. Had problems with the heater in the middle of winter, and was told not having heat at minus 30 was normal. (we bought a brand new 2021 vw, I'm sure it's Not normal) cruise control didn't work amd was told pretty much oh well. Will never buy another VW or ffun motor product again. VW said they were going to call 2 weeks ago as I'm waiting on parts. Jokes on them, I sold the car. Looks like they'll have parts for some other person.

I'd like to take the opportunity to thank all the amazing staffs working at this dealership, especially Ronney and Josh, whom helped me a lot during the decision making process of purchasing the car, they speeded up and expedited the whole purchasing process, from I was interested until I have the car at home within under 5 days!
Very clean and modern facility, friendly staff, they are going to have a appointment-free service lane opening soon for the service department for your oil change, tire rotation and all that fun stuff.
If you need a new vehicle in the near future, I would definitely recommend this dealership.

The customer service is horrible. I had to call them everyday for 2 weeks to get an update on my car while it was in the shop. When they finally called me back, they were condescending and rude. Id recommend an independent shop that specializes in imports instead.

Very disappointed with the service today.without solve problem the charge me $190 when i ask what is charge for that told me we did inspection.i already told the problem but they didn't solve and take charge from me.not recommended for any services.

All of the staff was great to do business with. Mitch in sales was super helpful and kept in contact throughout the entire process, including answering a bunch of probably dumb questions. Sydney in the finance department got us approved quickly, and even got us a lower rate after the initial approval. Brian delivered our vehicle to us 3 hours away and was very accommodating…we actually signed the paperwork at the hairdresser’s where our young kids were getting their haircuts.
Can’t say enough good things about all of the staff…. Including the detailing staff that made my “new” truck look and smell like new.

Really bad service, they confirmed that vehicle is available and you can get it right away but it was not. I draw down from Regina, spending time and money but received only apologies. If vehicle is not available then you should not showing in stock or communicated that it was in stock and available. Impression for VW is negative now and won't give recommendations to anybody.

I'm super impressed with the customer service of Mitch and Sydney! I bought my very first car from this dealership and I didn't even have to leave my house, they even delivered it to regina the next day! We are from out of town but saw a vehicle that my wife liked. We were able to phone in and dealt with Mitch. He was very helpful, open and transparent. It was a pain not being there but Mitch made it simple and easy.
Mitch was able to communicate about everything they were doing to get the car to us.
Even after delivery when we noticed a small issue and the deal was already done, Mitch himself was willing to make everything right.

Update* Bought a used truck from this dealership there was issues from the start. First they tried to increase the price on the bill of sale from the advertised price, the out of Province inspection report went missing, the spare keys went missing, extra charges were on the bill of sale, damage on the vehicle was not divulged. After you buy a vehicle you get an automated email from Rob Weber general manager asking if you've had any concerns you can give him a call but when you try to ask to speak to Rob Weber they go out of their way to have you not speak to Rob Weber. If you're considering buying a used vehicle from this dealership be very cautious
The FFUN automotive group called me and were very customer friendly. They found and shipped out the spare key, and provided some funds to repair the damage. They were understanding of the issues with the purchase. Thank you.

Had very good experience with service here so far. My Touareg is looked after by Adam who owns one and really gives me great details about all things needing to be done. One SURPRISE for me was i can bring aftermarket parts to get my car fixed as they are much cheaper than to buy from dealership.

Didn’t have much experience with sales but looked around when waiting and they never were pushing anything. One time inexperienced person was telling me a lot about certain vehicle I already knew everything about. It’s just general inexperience of understanding than listening is everything in sales and actually every aspect of life.

Overall, very pleased with our dealership in Saskatoon and will always love VW even though North American choice is so limited comparing to Europe.
