They stopped sending my bill then called to threaten to shut my power if x amount is not paid I said I can pay it but I have not received the last 3 bills so no idea what to pay and they won't even wave the extra service charges for not paying on time well its pretty hard to pay if you don't receive a bill and it's a different amount each month I also explained to them my place has been under construction for water damage the last 4 months so my bills were higher then normal as well from all the equipment they were running they simply don't care and won't wave the extra charges terrible company to deal with.

Garbage communication. You have everyone's contact information but surprise! Eight hour planned power outage for dalmeny that no one seems to know about. If you're going to do it on a Sunday, how about you just do it at night? ! Oh that would be inconvenient for you.

After moving back to Saskatchewan from Alberta it’s honestly an embarrassment how pathetic the customer service and service in general sask power has to offer. It’s unfortunate this is the only power company because they use that to their advantage to really effect peoples lives. We thought we were paying our landlord for our power so it was cut off, we have now been waiting over 24 hours with no power after paying the amount owing as well as 900$ more as a deposit and hook up fee. I have a 4 year old a new born baby as well as a grandmother with cancer that needs her oxygen hooked up and had to go to the hospital because she can’t stay here. I’m honestly disgusted what an embarrassment for Saskatchewan to have this kind of company to deal with. Zero human decency.

I’ve never been soo disappointed. I called them to set up my power in my new apartment, they said I’d get an email so I can pay my bills online. Still haven’t received the email and the person on the phone could barely even speak English

I have never heard such a rude person in my life. Not the first time I have heard representatives there being condescending, unhelpful and unorganized. Learn how to take ownership of mistakesss on your end.

Well.from Jan to Sep, my average usage is between 400 - 450 kw, and on the Oct bill i got, it says i used 900 kw? I called the rep told me it is what it is.

Just randomly sends out an invoice for A last bill from over a year ago they werent receiving any of my payments canceled my online account when I didn't ask them to. Won't send me physical copies of my bill for free I have like four different invoices I need and they're trying to charge me $5 for each of them because I told them that I wanted my bills in the mail but apparently it cost money to have physical copies of my own bills. Someone should userp saskpower. I wish a new Saskatchewan power company would take over because this is rude and greedy that they won't even send me my bills for free! Even though I told them to a couple weeks ago and the ladies like yeah we have a record that you asked for that but we decided to set you up with our Estatements instead

SASKPOWER SAVES THE DAY! We installed some new equipment and the main breaker popped. As new tenants in an older building we had no idea where the main electrical panel and meters were plus we did not have access to it. We could not get ahold of our landlord either.

We were in the middle of production and our crew was literally in the dark, it was spooky quite.

We called Saskpower an within the hour their friendly service tech was here and fixed the issue in minutes. He was in and out of the main electrical room and BOOM we were back in action!

He gave us recommendations on how to avoid the issue and how to upgrade the system.

Very happy with this service. Thank you!

This company is really enjoying the monopoly they have as a electricity supplier. Some of the staffs are very rude and unprofessional. They know that there is no other electricity supplier so they can take customers for granted.

Bad experiences with reanne rude did not speak clearly would not help or take adress then when on Express spoke to gentleman he took adress and informed me that the address was through city hooray and put me three he gets 5 stars reanne0 poor poor customer service shame shame

THE WORST. I hope you'll never have to deal with this company, they had billed me 3X the normal amount of my power bill, it is usually $30-40. I reached out to them to re-read the meter and I got no response back. Of course the next month the rates are back to normal. And I had to pay the outrageous bill of course because no one had gotten back to me and I didnt want to pay a late fee on top of that.

Back in 2016 I had services hooked up for a basement suite I was renting. They asked the basic questions like phone number, name, email and address. I supplied all my information. As of last week I noticed that I had an outstanding bill of over 400.00$ sent to a collections company. I called saskpower to ask them why I was never called or written to about this. The lady on the phone said I never provided any contact information for them. I told her when I moved out I provided a new address. She said they never had any record of it. I was telling her that now that it has gone to collections my credit was ruined for several years. She said it was the customers responsibility to call in and make changes as needed. I understand that and I did that. I asked for a copy of the bill amd she told me it was a 5.00$ charge to have it emailed. As the conversation came close to an end she told me the email I gave her never saved in their system. Hmm. I wonder where all my information went. Saskpower needs a better computer system and to take responsibility for their own screw ups. Now me and my family are unable to get a house because I have money gone to collections due to their mess up. Never going to live with saskpower powering my house ever again.
And to add to things saskpower needs to change they should have some better staff and more understanding people on the other end of the phone. Rude and inconsiderate staff. Such a scam they have here.

If i could give them 0 stars i would. Saskpower is the worst corprate company my family and i have ever dealt with. My mom made a payment of 1300 dollars on the amount they owed; on may 15th the payment said it was confirmed. Yesterday, the power gets cut off at the farm. No fridge, no running water and no light at about 5pm Tuesday, June 12. No warning, no phone call, nothing. So my mom phones them and they say they cant recieve the payment until tomorrow now, even though it was sitting there this whole time. Theyre lucky it wasnt the dead of winter, especially when they rely on electric heaters to warm to the house, the pipes could have all froze and burst or worse my gamily could have froze to death. I would just like to know why corprate companies feel the need to double power bills every year, and why they do things like this to people. This is not the first time it has happened to someone and it wont be last. Feel free to share your experience with saskpower amd the horribly coordinated company that it is.

This is the most broken crown corp ever. Waited months past the date when our power was supposed to be turned on for our server farm. Was told on multiple occasions that it would definitely be turned on in x number of days only to sit around waiting for them not to show up. If you are planning to start a company that has extensive power needs, I strongly recommend that you do it in another province. This delay almost bankrupted our company. Saskpower is horribly understaffed and the lack of competition means that they do not care at all about delivering service in a timely manner.
