SaskTel Store

Booked an appointment to upgrade to an advertised mobile, of course the sale phones were out of stock.
The associate suggested I contact sasktel customer service re the phones. I told him, "it appears you don't want to assist us, is it too much trouble? " I'm guessing just unmotivated or lazy.
Went to Costco mobile, better service, free service on transfers etc.

I won’t go anywhere else for devices or any of the services that SaskTel supplies. This is my first choice for everything that they offer.

Went in 7 days ago to try to get home internet services added. Still have not heard back on when these services can be set up. I've called a couple of times looking for updates with not much info given. Will give it another couple of days, then will be taking my business elsewhere

I have had two wonderful experiences at this SaskTel store location in Stonebridge. Specifically, Shari offered my husband and I absolutely phenomenal service getting us set up with internet at our apartment. She went out of her way to ensure we were informed about the best deals, was completely transparent about costs, and treated us with kindness that made the whole process very pleasant. I highly recommend this SaskTel location if you are looking for a fast and helpful experience!

Today June 29/2023 i was in the Sasktel Stonebridge location and i was helped by Oliver. This man was so genuine and extremely. He took my situation on with flying colors and i ended up leaving the store happy with my iPhone 13. Thank you Oliver. You are a rockstar.

Awesome store to deal with they went above and beyond for me it was a great experience and I’ll be back for sure.

Nice to be there, Saturdays many places are close but they are open, the lady who is working there is very nice she explained me very plan they have to compare the one o need I give 10 of 10 tho the lady.

Good and ready and clean and good customer service but a bit expensive for iphone 14 with expensive plan

I went to the Sasktel Stonebridge store to look at options for a new phone. There was a sale on so it was very busy. My wife and I met with Shane and he was terrific. We are not tech-savvy at all and Shane took the time to explain everything simply and made sure we were comfortable with the purchase. Shane was very friendly and knowledgeable. He also followed up with me 2 days later to see if I had any questions. Excellent experience.

March 10-2023, AJ prices out samsung galaxy A53, with my existing monthly talk + text plan, at $150 for phone purchase plus $50 for activation _-Decide that's OK - he doesn't have any in stock - he phones downtown store and they put a 24 hour hold on one for me - March 11-2023, go downtown to purchase the phone and price is over $500 there - Go back to AJ and he admits that he made a mistake on price - SASKTEL SUCKS

AJ went above and beyond with my activation and kept a 20+ year customer very happy! Tip of the hat to AJ!

Went in yesterday to try purchasing the iPhone I want - was told they had it in stock. My name was added to the wait list and was told it would be “about 30 minutes” until an employee was available and to wait for them to call. I waited in the area for 1.5 hours before I finally just left. Never got a call from them before they closed. The process for this could be improved - either give more accurate wait times or call people when it’s realized they won’t be seen that day so you don’t waste someone’s time.

I am so thankful for the amazing customer service I got from an employee named Rose. I’m out of province and needed someone to pick up a new phone for me- she was so helpful and efficient, it really helped relieve the stress of getting a new phone back to me. I’m super impressed with the customer service I got. 10/10 will recommend:)

Thanks to Casey. We visited here on Christmas Eve to get my mom her first cell phone. She was so patient and kind and thorough. Great service experience!

I picked up a Samsung AOS for my grandson. I paid $189.00 to buy out the phone plus a screen saver and a phone case. I also bought a 64 bit sd card incase he wants to play games. The young lady was very professional and helped me to set up the phone and to lower my cost per month that I pay for the other halfs phone. Very helpful in all matter. So in all I paid $347.00
But alas his teacher and single parent said he was too young to own a phone. Oh well I have a spare phone.

Absolutley obsurd 1hr to 1hr 30 min wait time just to get. Help. Never had to wait to get a cell phone. My god. Thats crazy
