Get the run around. Made us wait almost 3 weeks for them to call us and tell us to wait another week. Telling me they paid me my 350 and didn't Wana show any proof, and showed them my proof. They said they'd run a acquire only to tell me that they paid my cell bill. Witch ain't even under my name so u tell me how. I try to complain and I get the run around get sent to another person to hear the same thing. So I give up on you guys.

I don’t think I need to say much besides Sasktel is a big money grab. Tis why I’m leaving to bell. I can get the same plan with more data for the same price. AND they won’t overcharge me or charge me double and then say they didn’t. Way nicer and informative over there to, and I’m not even a customer yet.

Joke - My 10 Months Samsung note 10 screen went half black - Despite it was still under guarantee they charged me 450 + Dollars because of unrelated scratch on the screen.

What is really worse is: It is almost 2 months and my phone is not back yet.

I wish I left it to Maani phone repair they said 400 dollars and I get my phone back in 2 days.

2 months and my phone is not back yet is COMPLETLY UNACCECPTABLE

Would love to thank the staff for all there patience and friendliness. Its not easy getting out with a baby but they were kind and patient when I had my hands full. Yes covid complicates things but overall they still gave a comfy welcoming atmosphere.

I’ve been here a couple of times over the past few months and have had very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful service. Both times I had booked an appointment online prior showing up and had absolutely no wait time. I took a star off because of the horrible cell and internet coverage (or lack thereof) on our ranch, and also because of the ridiculously long on hold times when having to call the 800 number (I tried call back once, and no one did).

I always get hung up on when phoning into the store. I'll be stuck in the roster and once they do pick up, no "Hi" just hangs up. So I get stuck phoning 3 times before they do answer. The customer service is alright depending on who you get. Some are great while others are not.

Staff is usually pretty good, but when they have their busy moments I usually turn around and head straight back out because I know the wait times to even just pay a bill can be way too lengthy.

I would highly suggest this store really consider expanding their hours as I know this plays a huge part of the problem. It should be treated more like a busy retail store instead of maintaining office hours. This would be highly helpful. It would reduce the crunch of folks who need to physically visit the store into the limitation of hours currently available.

Even hours going from 8AM until 8PM from Mondays to Saturdays would really help the customers out. There would be less waiting time that frustrates customers and even less pressure on the staff as they do notice those irritation levels rise for every extended minute a person has to wait.

I've never seen such terrible service. Popped in to buy a new cell phone. Left 2 hours later without one. Sasktel needs to close this store and start over.

Guys. The customer service is not great. It's something that I think definitely needs to be worked on. Just because you are crown cooperation shouldn't mean you compromise in this area. But you know what I don't expect it to be with a company making millions of dollars it just doesn't matter. I'll use your services but that's about it.

Rude sales lady. My wifi was not working. I asked If there is a need for an appointment to upgrade my internet and she said no. I asked if she was sure and she rudely replied she knows her work. It turns out that I do need to set up an appointment.

Very rude service. If I wasn't stuck in a contract I would be done with them. Sasktel needs to go over there customer service skills. I had one very nice man I asked to see and the lady replied with you can have a seat he's not here anyone can help you. If you dont like your job get a new one or dont bother coming to work grouchy.

Long wait. Better to get your new phone ANY where else. Never enough staff to take care of customers. We had to wait close to an hour to be told that sasktel rules are not customer friendly

Have been in with other people and observed the store. Workers seem knowledgeable and eager to help. Extremely helpful and friendly people make the store an enjoyable experience.

Long wait, they also take your name to keep you in order of how you enter for service. I did wittness the technical people did not follow the list.
