Online pick up is terrible, they basically say out of stock but yet you can walk into the store and it's all on the shelf. So I don't know if the kid is just lazy or what

Really beautiful fruit and veg dept. So fresh and clean. Great friendly speaking staff. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THAT 3RD WORLD FILTHY WALMART UP THERE. THAT PLACE IS DISGUSTING!

The only bonus about this store is it’s close to my house. I have never been impressed with the produce, having to crawl on the floor to reach into bottom shelf to get product off the shelf. Also the online pickup is a joke; when you go to pick up your order and items are on your receipt but items never given and also items you order are clearly in the store like iceberg lettuce and they fail to add it to my order. Another poor thing is the pharmacy; hours are poor and on several occasions I ask for a prescription refill and say I will come back the next day to pick it up it’s never actually filled so I have to wait longer while they scramble to fill it. I have transferred over to Shoppers Kensington hopefully I will receive better service over there.

This is a great little store with super friendly staff, competitive prices, good reward program that is free to join & most advertised products are usually in stock. Its clean, lots of parking & quick self serve or cashier checkouts, very easily accessible on the corner of Kensington Boulevard.

If it was possible, I would give 0 stars. I stopped in to pickup some snacks for a family day get together. Picked up some pre cut fruit. The melons tasted like they had been doused in vinegar. I won't be back.

I always find something good at Save-On-Foods. Last time I was there at the pharmacy. The staff is very kind and especially Glen, who's giving the best service experimented in a pharmacy. I feel very lucky and happy to be their client because they treat people like friends and this is something special in these times.

Has plastic bags isn't buying into the big scam definitely deserves support. I will only shop here for now

I love going here because it is a smaller grocery store but still has everything I need. It never feels crowded and parking is never an issue

This is literally a crime, there is supposed to be 8 grams of icing on these cinnamon rolls? ! This is barely 4 grams, i suggest putting shaedyn on icing duty, she knows exactly how much to put.

There not bad. Great food. Some staff issues but has been getting better. I trust this place for now. Got security which is good.

Staff friendly most part, grocery most part kept clean.especially in the bakery area there is a noticeable amount of flies around the food and landing on the bread while the staff is making cakes/garlic bread.concerning as the food safe doesnt seem to be very well maintained when it comes to bugs in the workspace.

The staff treat me like I am family.one staff even baked me some stuff and bought my newborn a blanket. I love save on foods

Nice clean store, nice washrooms, the pharmacy is really fast and has the medication I need when other places say they cant get it for a while. Prices might be a little higher then others but since it's on my side of the city, I can stop there and be gone home quickly since the store is never that busy

Excellent quality of all food. Thanks for carrying pistachio icecream! Pricing is very reasonable, except some cakes and individual baking is a bit costly.

I love the shopping experience here. They have things that you cannot find anywhere else in saskatoon

This is my go to grocery store! Very clean and organized here, & they have good selection for their produce and meats. Probably the friendliest customer service here as well, making it enjoyable to shop here! If you get the more rewards card (which is free), this store offers some great deals. And they probably have the yummiest baked cinnamon buns here!

A good place to shop, a little more expensive than Wally world but fresher produce and not the long lineups at the checkout

So I like save on foods in general, great products BUT when I have a couple items and want to use the self checkout, something always goes wrong and “assistance is needed” and I make sure I go slow and scan proper etc.

The issue isn’t the Check out malfunctioning, the issue is there’s never anyone in customer service or around the self check outs to fix it! So I’ve had to wait a while or leave my stuff to track someone down.

First time I was in there was today and I was only in there for a few minutes but I was actually kind of impressed it's too bad that I'm moving in the next few days otherwise it's a place I would check out and maybe shop more often. All the fruits and vegetables look like they were good quality much better than Walmart. The only thing I was disappointed with this was I had to buy a bag because I forgot which okay I have to pay for one but they are smaller than most other bags

Good prices if you use their store card! Deals and specials different days of the week on sushi and happy hour meat. Definitely worth checking out! Helpful and friendly staff make it a nice experience.could have more checkouts open, tho.

Very Disappointed. I asked to pay 15$ from a $50 bill and the rest on my credit card. This was apparently to much to ask. After waiting around for managment when the casheir screwed up, we were then told by a manger (Lauren) we should have just broke the 50 first. As a cashier, I know this wasn't a hard request. Customer service sure went downhill! P. S. Customer service saying sh*t when your casheier screwed up really iced the cake lol never coming back!

I did love the store but as of lately been getting fed up on old product on the shelf. Took back a bread item as I didnt notice the best before date was that day and then later noticed the yogurt i bought had a best before date of that day.if you shop here CHECK THE BEST BEFORE DATE

This is one of the most friendly stores to shop at. Prices are very competitive and there lighting in the store is bright. You can easily see that there produces are good. They check to see if you need help, there reward system is very good and there fresh bread is amazing. Try it, it is worthwhile stopping by here.

The store is very clean and well organised and they have a decent selection of products. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the service is great. My favourite section is the bakery.the things they sell there are amazing!

That having been said I also find the place to be pretty expensive and I'm not a huge fan of the whole needing a membership to get the sale prices gimmick.

Generally speaking I find it to be a great place to stop to pick up a few things because it's close to home.but I wouldn't get all my groceries here.

This store has such an amazing selection of food and products. They have a memberdhip card too if you're interested and a starbucks in here as well. Whole isle of bulk food and gluten free and an international section as well.

I was shocked at how good this Save on Foods was. Usually you expect it to be a bit lower end on the quality spectrum due to the additional savings but this place has it all. The prepared food section is outstanding if you need to pick up an already cooked selection, especially their Israeli Couscous salad!

Clean store, I like the points program. I don't shop here often though. Having a family I need the best value and Save on prices are comparable to Safeway, a little on the high end. They do have good sales you just have to be willing to watch for them

Best grocery store in the city. Staff is wonderful, especially Ivy! Say hi to her next time you're in.

Expensive compared to other grocers. Food is fresh and staff is friendly. They were stocked with what was needed. Only complaint would be to get the good deals they make you join thier program. I think deals should be for everyone. Points collections and the occasional special sure, but the main sale should be open to everyone.

I like going to Save on Foods because their employees are very friendly. Washrooms are clean. They're very active, all the time looking for help customers and their prices are Ok, when they first started prices were lower than now. But they have the 'price match ' option with any competitors which is very helpful! Plus if you have the more rewards card you get better deals!

My favourite grocery store in Saskatoon. Staff is super friendly and helpful. This place has the best selection for people with food allergies (gluten especially) and a wide selection for Plant Based options! Thank you Save On Foods! Please keep bringing those options in store.

Gotta say I'm quite impressed, and when I go in again I'm impressed all over again,
And it all starts with walking up to the clean glass doors, I can see my sexy man build I've perfected over 33 years, always a pleasure! Then I see people actually workin! Hot food for lunch ready to go, never over cooked or hard or soggy from sitting so long, they got it on lock down over there,
Heck I'll give you 6 stars! And that's alot considering if you've read any other reviews iv left lol

Decent food store. Can't understand how they stay in business when they give you a $10 gift card for every prescription filled.

All their foods - deli, bakery, meats are so beautifully displayed. Everything looks fresh and amazing. The best locally sourced honey-Wendell Estate. When I visit from Calgary, I stop here for the honey. Also have great deals on ground meat. Staff are so helpful - offered samples to taste.

Customer service is non existent and the poor cashiers are overworked because they are trying to force customers to use self checkout, which means no one is actually available to help at customer service. Stood at customer service close to 20 minutes with no help.
