Had a terrible experience tonight at 7: 00 pm. Had trouble flagging down a staff member in the bakery area. Once I got a staff members attention I asked if I could get the two last cupcakes behind the glass and was told by the staff member that they are not the right person to help me, the person who could was on break and that I should come back later. When I asked if he could put the cupcakes in a container with the item number on it so I could go to the checkout, I was told no can do and that he could not help me or get a person who could help me. He saved me some money but dang I would have like that cupcake

My favourite grocery stores save on food and Safeway! But, best thing about Save on food is the home delivery

I came Dec 4. Produce was not great, the bread was all from Dec 2, chicken roast says expired Dec 1 so I pulled it off the shelf, and the cod and steaks, fresh ribs, all expire in one day. So many "enjoy tonight! " Stickers. We are a two person household so can't have expired meat or meat that all expires in one day. I bought a case of pop and got home, tasted off, checked the bottom of the can and the case expired Nov 28.

Came to this store pre pandemic and thought it was the best thing since sliced bread but I was really unhappy this time around and won't be back. I would recommend FreshCo for produce and Safeway South for baked good and meat over this store.

The other day I went to Save-On-Foods.
I was looking for Irish Breakfast Tea. I asked a Clerk were it was and they were very helpful. I found everyone there very resourceful and helpful.

Love the homemade sausages here. The Asiago red pepper sausages are my fav to cook up with perogies and steamed veggies. The blueberry maple sausages are also delicious to cook up for breakfast with pancakes. If you haven’t tried these sausages yet I highly recommend you do.

Also love the western family pistachio ice cream and all the other flavours of this brand.

This is my absolute favourite grocery store! The staff are kind and helpful, and every single person is well trained to know the store.
I get so stressed out at other stores but this one is pleasant to shop at, plus the carts have a cup holder so you can have a yummy drink to sip while you shop.
The produce is good quality, the loyalty program is worthwhile and gives you really good deals. And they're always coming up with new products to try after listening to customers.like oven ready roaster trays with fresh veggies and flavoured butter for an easy side dish or cheese stuffed meatballs.
The house brand is great as well, the products are good quality.some of the best frozen lasagnas out there and affordable.
Also the online ordering (delivery/pickup) is the most comprehensive I've used, even compared to big chains. And customer service is good too.

Love the online ordering with in-store pickup. It makes it easy to get exactly what I ordered without buying more than what I need. If something isn't in stock, they'll get you an equivalent item. The staff are friendly and I love that they try to have local products as much as possible.

Great service, the pick up grocery service has been wonderful, they ladies do such a great job. Charlene is very efficient and friendly! Thank you!

Very friendly staff, but bakery section needs some attention. They have stuff there but no associates to help.

The staff at the deli are so unkind and impatient. It used to one of my favourite grocery store to go to. Very disappointing place to go to.

Haven't visited since Covid hit, seems the prices have been jacked up. Probably won't go out of my way to use it again.

To be honest, I used to ony shop at Sobeys. When it closed down, I tried Save-On. Their app is great and the delivery has been spot on, every time. The produce section is incredible. It doesn't have that Co-op welcoming feel but it makes up for it in other ways. A welcomed addition to Regina.

I really enjoy going to Save-On for groceries. First, they're the only place I know in Regina that sells certified Choice grade beef. That's top 2% quality in the country! Second, good selection of quality produce. Third, great deli selection - their in-house sausages are delicious!

Prices are a little high if you don't sign up for their rewards program. On Tuesdays its BOGO kebabs with rewards card!

Superb delivery service. Never been to the store myself (I live in BC). But I order groceries to be delivered to my aunt. Fast service, good driver, above expectations. Very happy with Save On Food.

Large store.very clean and well kept.great selection.the wings bar at the deli was a nice stop for a break as well

I have been ordering regularly online for delivery. Just love that I can get my groceries picked and delivered at a low delivery charge or free delivery if I use my More points.

Excellent customer service.

I bought a sandwich from here and it had mold on it. It was made in the morning of the day I bought it. Hopefully the staff will pay more attention to it. I looked for an email to contact them about it but they didn't have one.

Didn't find it to be anything special, nor were the prices. We had gone to this store specifically to save money and in the end spent the same as Superstore.with less selection. Not a bad store.just not anything worth the drive for.

Yesterday we came in soo late and an employee named mona helped us soo much to get cake, check out and other things even after she got late to clock out. Pleasant experience thanks to mona

Nice atmosphere to shop. But the place should have been called Save-On-Nothing-Foods. Always a bit more expensive then most other Grocery stores then when you use your card it brings the price down a bit if the item is on sale. The only reason I shop is for quick pick up items on my way home cause the place is never busy and I'm always guaranteed to get in and out quickly.

Always great products. Their produce is always fresh and they have a great selection! The only down side to Save on Foods is sometimes they can be much more pricey then other stores in town on some products.

Very nice facilities, staff hit & miss most were lost within the store. Selections are great, however the card use or non use is a bit of a pain. Prices are very standard, alot of hype for little return, we have visited three stores in two
Provinces. Supervalu store, just as good in some cases better.

Nice grocery store, I like croissants from it's bakery, if you have a "more" discount card the prices are Ok.

Good selection of food. Some unique selection as well, eg: different flavors of food at the butcher. They have the usual items at butcher, but also some unique foods. A bit more expensive on some items than other grocery stores.

This was a surprise for me. This store is very clean and well laid out. The displays are very appealing and the staff were eager to help with anything. There is a Starbucks and a small food bar here where you can take a break and sit. They also have online ordering and express pick up service. The prices are a bit confusing so just get the member card and use the lowest price. It is quick and free to obtain the card.

I LOVE this place! Karen at the deli/ bakery section is an absolute SWEETHEART and so incredibly helpful! The customer service at this place is simply phenomenal. Fantastic selection of food, very clean, almost has a very "European" feel to it - I grew up in Europe and have been looking FOREVER in Regina for a store that reminds me of Europe. And Save on Foods does just that for me! I am very pleased:)

Called the bakery about an item, the woman who answered could care less and said call back tomorrow? My money spends at other stores thank you.

Gonna do most of my shopping here as there's a great assortment of produce with helpful staff willing to answer your questions. I highly recommend this place.
