Poor experiance. Was recommended to go there by urologist at hospital. Went there, had to wait for someone to help me. I knew what I wanted but I had no clue about buying that product. Told sales person, before even looking it up on computer I had to go out to my vehicle to find wrapper with stock number on it. The stock number gave her exactly what I'd told them. Wasn"t impressed with sales person, especially when I was told they were set up more for clinics, offices and such places, not individuals. Idon't know why they send them here. " The person was referring to Urologists. I left and now have wonderful service provider in Ontario and willing to eanswer questions
