Zero customer service i had the appointment at 2: 15 paid the parking and no body is there is to assist you and all look wrecked

Rave to Christie Allchurch excellent service and very informative too.

Rude guy who answered after more then 15 minutes of my waiting, wasn't knowledgeable to help and told me that he is not a branch, and to not address him like that. Questions were about the branch, not him personal. Is this normal? !
