Absolutely terrible now.banked at that branch 17 yrs.it's terrible there feel.un welcome n Absolutely no help.with my Business.

Branch opened 10 minutes late. There were 4 people sitting at teller desks and only two of them were serving customers. No idea what the other two were up to. They also had an employee just standing in the lobby doing nothing.

I switched to scotiabank some years ago as the staff here were great. Just went in and it feels like they are the complete opposite now. Recommend going to a different branch/bank.at least avoiding this one.

2 East Indian lady's working the counters and 5 empty stalls. Can't understand a word they say, and get attitude from them cause I can't understand them. I wish I could get hired in India speaking half a language!

Used their online system to schedule a call from an advisor. They never called.not impressed.
