One teller and a line up of people all the way out the door in the Moose Jaw location. Came back 3 times during the day and it was the same. Terribly run bank, manger needs to get fired and hire somebody competent.

I use this bank for tangerine and I like the inside atm. The outdoor one is horrendous. The machine doesn't register touches unless you practically bang on it and doesn't offer different types of bills like the one indoors. The indoor one isn't accessible past a certain time, which makes it very difficult for me to do the banking I need to at the times I need to.

Not horrible but could use some improvements. Not 100% sure what the tellers are like because they don't handle tangerine transactions.

I had really bad experience today,
I was already three feet away but lady on counter had to say me go more.
When I went to exchange some of coins, without even checking she said, we don’t except foreign coins (why that? I know answer)

My sence card was not working but they didn’t even looked at it and said we can’t do anything, contact their call centre. Why providing sence point card then…
