It’s extremely rude that they refuse to help you if you don’t have an account. I just wanted to exchange some rolled coins for cash and I was refused service. The employees get paid anyways? Why should I be refused service. Seems very inappropriate and wrong to me.

I’ve been calling this brach for 4days, 5-10x a day but no one answer even through their direct lines. Very poor service!

Very poor teller service, no smile, just pure attitude. Tellers need to be more gentle & show sincerity.

Good luck getting ahold of anyone at this branch. Left numerous voicemails for more than one person, have been calling every couple days and 3 weeks later still no call back. Very unhappy with the services this bank provides and the lack of communication. Avoid.

Trying to find out if my pesos have arrived and have to wait 20 minutes to talk to someone probably in Ontario who will not be able to answer my question is ridiculous is the worst customer service ever! ~

This bank is going downhill fast. 1 teller on a Thursday morning with a line of 8 people waiting. Absolutely brutal

This cashier at the front named by " Gaurav". Most irritated cashier ever I ahve dealt with in my 5 years of transactions with this branch of scotia. No knowledge at all. Keeps people waiting for simple things. I went their to activate my new credit card and he said you can go to dollarama and it will be activated by itself. Are you serious!

I went to grab a change for $50, first of all he said I need your card, without card I cant open safe vault, which is bullshitt. I am getting change every time and nobody ask for the card. After that, he is asking me which account number should I enter if you don't have a card? How Would I know when I am not your employee. Then he mentioned, it will take bit longer to give me 5 bills $50. No apologize, no thank you, no sorry. What kind of customer service is this! Who will recruit such people: (Worst ever experience. Most irritated guy

Me and my wife just went this location and met with Gourav. He is such a humble and kind and he help us everything what we need. This is the best example of professionalism. Thank you Gourav and Nova Scotia bank appreciated your help.

I'm not sure what the problem is but even setting up an account takes a few visits. One day the manager had to ask the front end staff, as I knew he was wrong and yes they confirmed. They have no authority. The people on the fb app do more via text. Apparently there's 3 branch manager and none of them know anything.

We have yet to have a positive experience with the Regent Park Branch. When seeking any assistance from Miriam, she frequently makes mistakes and takes up to six weeks to accomplish simple requests. Most recently she entirely botched our request to switch our mortgage payment, and ended up double charging us, causing us significant overdraft fees. Banking with Scotiabank is an experience I dread.
