I stopped in to talk to the management for some work that I was doing at a site. I was blown away at how friendly and helpful the staff was. I'll definitely be coming back trying my best not to spend all of my money on cool stuff.

Staff are very unprofessional and have very poor communication skills between themselves. I have waited for a month to get a quote and have had to call them time and time again to ensure that anything on my order was done, which nothing was getting done.

Very disappointing customer service. Was very impressed with first time visit: discussed my project, left drawings and bill of materials. Was told to wait maximum 3 days for a quote! 3 weeks later nothing. Stopped by again, spoke with another person, who told me they don't have record of my project and I should provide another copy and I will get
the qoute with all information within two business days. Sent drawings the same day, 4 days later nothing, phoned again was told to wait couple more days, 3 days later, nothing. Phoned again, another person told me he is too busy and wont be able provide me with a qoute. Went into two othe stores, got qoutes next day without issues. If your time is importance to you don't waste it for Security Building Supplies, apparently there are lot of other stores with outstanding customer service!
