The first guy we spoke to about having our locks changed was great. Then the woman who was supposed to set up the call couldn’t remember how many doors we had and asked many times during the call: she sounded inebriated. The day the smith was supposed to come at 9am he called instead and gave us a long list of reasons why it was going to be too expensive for us to have him come and do the job (it wasn’t, not even when he inflated the quote we were originally given). While trying to figure out what kind of locks we needed he got irritated and said “I’m not a store, I’m not going to bring you a selection. ” So we granted his wish and did not ask him to come out and do the job. Not sure what we did to make him behave so difficultly, but…it is what it is. Maybe they have loads of money and don’t need the work. We got someone else.

Nice people very affordable better place to get key copied then any where else. Their keys are solid hard metal

These guys were great! My husband locked the keys in the car and they came in the morning it was only a 15 minute wait! Very thankful for what they do
