Love, love, love my 2021 Bronco Sport! Rick was awesome to deal with on trade and purchase. He covered all the bases; was fair and knowledgeable. I have purchased plenty of vehicles, new and used, and he is the first and only to take the time to go through all the options with me and was not intimidating in the least. My appointment went perfect. The service writer was very professional, and contacted me quickly with updates on the repairs. Providing me a written quote for the recommended repairs which I'll have done in the near future.

I always bought vehicles out of town but this time i decided to give senchucks in town a try and I was impressed from start to finish.landon went above and beyond they didn't have what I wanted on lot but he found me what I wanted at another dealer and brought it in. Would I deal with senchuks again yes. Would I tell other people to shop at senchuks yes. Will i be dealing with senchuks again yes.

Senchuk ford was great to deal with and made our last 2 vehicle purchases very pleasant and easy. Wasn't always a big ford fan but a huge Landon Senchuk fan, great guy, huge wrench. Customer and friend for life.

Fast & Courteous service. Reception was pleasant and helpful and vehicle was serviced quickly and efficiently - and pretty much on appointment time as slated. There were no queries if I had any concerns or issues but I suppose that would be up to the buyer to bring up when they make the appointments. I really do not like the "engine stop" feature (especially in winter) and would like a more permanent override so a person wouldn't have to remember to do it each time. Since the 'dud battery' was changed out, the car and features are operating 100%! One doesn't expect a faulty battery at purchase but it obviously occurs. SUGGESTION: I'm from out of town and usually have a lot of running around to do when I get in to Estevan and a courtesy car would be amazing and save a lot of time. I know many places don't do this anymore but thought I'd suggest it for we "rural" people. Thanks for the courteous service.
