The worst customer service! I went to the store last Saturday to buy hair protection cream and they mistakenly put shampoo in the bag. When I called them, they only said that you can bring the shampoo to the store so that we can return it. I told them that the cost of traveling to and from the store is about$ 35 for me, but they did not accept any responsibility.

Went to the store on Saturday for the first time and no one helped me:/ Sure it was busy, but there were a lot of available staff just standing and some even saw me looked at products. Even others were helping them with samples. Tbh I would rather buy online or somewhere else, since most of the Sephora stores that I've went too treat poc/people who doesn't wear makeup differently.

I come to this sephora often and usually helpful but today was terrible and the staff was not at all helpful. I was not greeted when I entered the store even though there was a girl standing at the entrance and once someone did ask I f I needed help I told her what I was looking for and she just said they didn't have it, no suggestions on anything else or no help for me to find a concelar I was looking for to match My skin tone so I left without buying a single thing and went down to shoppers drug mart instead and I'm not sure I'll ever be back. Very disappointed

Went in to find some foundation for my friend today and Marissa was super helpful and provided us with great options as well as samples to take home. I am not someone who wears, or knows anything about makeup, and she knew exactly what to recommend to someone who would otherwise be completely lost and overwhelmed in a store like Sephora. She was personable, professional, and made our shopping experience absolutely amazing. 100% would go back and shop there again. We appreciated her so much!

Been in and out of sephora the whole week for my skin and hair! A couple of ladies really went above during my visits! I also ’ went in to have my makeup done recently — there was some tech difficulties the day before etc but Iris was able to help me out booking it and had MJ do my make up for my grad photos. It was really well done for the price - compared to MAC’s 60min which was 90+ (pricier but not as good as the one from sephora) and MJ got me out on time. Giving it 4 stars because wished sephora could provide the customer’s a history of makeup used during the session especially if the customer wants to purchase those on another day:)

Some staff were helpful, others were not and said products were not in stock when they actually were just in the back.

I had a wonderful time shopping at this location. Navyaa helped me out and she was really down to earth. Her choices were spot on for someone looking to sport a more natural look. Great work Navyaa! I will be coming back!

I don't have an issue with the actual store but can you please fix your website? I have tried more than a handful of times in one sitting to order some skincare through the CANADIAN website. It prompts me to sign into an account and after trying my old AND new one I had just created, it kept telling me email didn't exist. When trying to get password reset, it wouldn't go through to one email but would for the account I just created. I reset the password and went back to checkout and it told me account didn't exist.even tho I just reset the password. Once I figured out how to get past that, the website had asked me for a "postal/zip" but only gave me the option for ZIP which indicated I'm not on the Canadian site.but I was. Because of this online experience, I don't think I even want to bother going in store considering the main reason I resorted to online is because everything I was looking for was sold out in store directly. I didn't have a great experience and I definitely won't be trying to order dermalogica through sephora ever again which is a shame.

My wife loves this place. I don't wear make-up but would shop here if I did! Staff are always helpful and friendly. Very non judgemental. We shop here frequently. Always where she starts!
