It’s just a money grab

When you pay 25 dollars to do a written exam and let’s say you fail and have to take it again you have to pay another 25 dollars.

25 bucks might not seem like a lot but let’s say 10 people fail a day so that’s 250 straight to sgi pocket a day. Multiply that by 5 days in a week that’s 1250. Now 1250 a week over a year is 65000.

Let’s say they collect 1.99% on that 65000 a month that’s a just over 1290 in interest alone a month.

Now let’s not forget because you have to give them 25 dollars again because you failed you know have to double all those numbers.

Your 25 dollars matters and sgi wants to just take it from you and keep it for themselves to collect interest.

It’s all a big joke.

They charged me 100 dollars for an ticket I got in a different province, when I told then it was from 2016 and now it's 2023 they said it doesn't matter!

My driver instructor Annette was very helpful and patient. She greeted me with nice words and made sure I wasn’t stressed out during the test. Great instructor for everyone.

I went for my driving test 6 days ago and also my third attempt. The examiner Colin made me feel relaxed and also had a good way of talking and explaining. My 1st and second attempt was worst as examiners were rude and made me panicked. I didn't feel anxious with colin about the test and i passed. Colin is the true example of how to deliver good customer service. Thank you SGI.

The team helped me navigate the claims process after I was hit. The representative did not rush and she was friendly and professional.

Evey employee has different rule for a problem!
For example for car insurance discount one of them said it is possible another employee said it isn't!

My car got hit while I was inside working, SGI is claiming the leak from the hit is my fault as well as the damage to my wheel and refuses to repair either. Roxanne is the most useless person I have ever dealt with. She told me to get my car towed to a shop, didn't send me with the information to do that. I finally figured out I could get a rental no thanks to Roxanne, she didn't send me with the reservation code for that either. Roxanne takes 4 day long weekends whenever there is a stat holiday so she you can never talk to her when you need to. She also This has been the worst experience of my life dealing with any business in my life.
