I was there on Friday, I was happy that I have passed my written exam and went at 4: 30 pm to ask for my learner’s license, the employee was rude with me. She said don’t you know that you can go to any nearest office you don’t have to come to downtown! I told her I need to take the bus anyway. Then She asked me about my tax return I told her I am here less than 3 months, she said so? I said I guess No. I didn’t get any positive feeling, was serious all the time, didn’t smile at all. I hope that the staff should be more friendly, which most are but because of this one I was feeling really sad and stated questioning myself that I should have gone to another office may be!

It is quite warm inside it was not as timely for the constrant period I was within a different method of resolution was the result of my experience there.

SGI hates motorcycles. Why don't you guys stop insuring them all together and let a private company do it. The prices are pathetic.

Would you guys please change the opening hour to 4: 55 if you will close by 4: 55? I sprinted to this place just want to quickly drop off license plate and the door is closed. I know I could’ve come earlier, but I know dropping off plates won’t take more than 5 min and if you guys decided to clock out earlier, you should have that inputted on map. Plus the security guy is mean af, don’t even bother to nicely ask me away just waved at me like sending away a puppy? Not okay.

Just had to renew my license, so I went to sgi. There was no lineup, so it was quick and easy just in and out of there

Got my license renewed here it wasn't that busy when I went there.so I was just in and out. Just like I wanted.

My wife and I recently moved to Regina, Saskatchewan and we needed to obtain our Saskatchewan ID and driver's license. We went to SGI Regina and the experience was exceptional.

The staff at SGI Regina were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They guided us through the process and answered all of our questions. They made the process very easy and straightforward, and we were able to complete everything in a very short amount of time.
Overall, we were very impressed with the service provided by SGI Regina. The staff were friendly, efficient, and professional. We highly recommend SGI Regina to anyone who needs to obtain a Saskatchewan ID or driver's license.

Biggest Joke ever. Been refusing me Insurance on my Classic Vehicle for more than 6 Months without reasoning. Shouldn't be dealing with Classic Vehicles without the proper knowledge.

They need more phone lines. I was on hold for a hour after a hit and run and never got though.
