SGI - Prince Albert Claims Centre

I visit this Sgi last week. I am very happy that I got help from staff very well. They helped me in booking my road test as soon as possible. I am very happy by there service.

I went to sgi and was sent from building to building the first place I told them I had a package policy and asked if I could use it on a rental and she obviously doesn't know her job bcuz she sent me across the street whom sent me back to her. Here I needed to put a claim in. She hands me a card and tells me I have to go on line and do it and then again I'm having problems with the app. I think the service could be much much better
