It didn't help me which caused more problem they tried to punished me because of the rate

Watch out for personal liability. SGI has all the legislation and the law behind them for prescribed therapy from injury. They control the providers but YOU personally have to sign the liability forms. You personally are libellous if Physio, chiro, massage, cause you damage or stroke. SGI will not except liability for injury caused by their limited array of practitioners. YOU are financially on the hook to remediate the damage done by their approved practitioners unless SGI medical review nurses not doctors accept that you have been injured as a result of therapy. No voice No choice of insurance providers or injury practitioners. Good luck because you can’t get treatment unless you sign the liability waiver at each practioners. I am now at 7000.00 and no end in sight for personal cost to fix the neuralgia directly related to an incompetent Physio therapist that SGI approved. Multiple opportunities to sustain extended damage to your person that SGI may or may not decide to help you with.

In response to SGI. All of this occurred in full consultation with my PIR 11 agent who just like SGI bailed and got promoted. Of my new victimization in trying to address my injuries through SGI’s legislated process she said and I quote, “Well you signed the physiotherapist’s liability form didn’t you? ” Yes I signed for one Physio but the law says when they are absent they can put just anybody in. They substituted an unqualified physiotherapist and bang my injuries are now lifelong. Talk to your PIR and make SGI sign the liability waivers!

There was a sinkhole right near the parking lot of this place in the summer. I helped out with the repairs to the sewer system. The people whom work here didn't complain about all of our noisy equipment at all. Thank you and sorry for the inconvenience.

? Responded to email after 3 weeks.wow I'm not sure other jobs let employees do that! They should keep their jobs there as the real world doesn't treat clients like that.
