Bad service I came from Edmonton to pick up 1 vehicle I arrive 4: 40pm. (I late I got a flat tire) They said we can’t loaded it for you should you here before 4: 30pm

I reacted poorly when told “you are not allowed to walk in the compound”.
As I had already released my cab, and I have no ability to inspect my wrecked vehicle for any personal property.
After my apology was accepted I was graciously assisted by a Manager who drove me to view my totalled car.
Thanks for extra effort.

I phoned them to ask for front mud flaps for my 2008 Acura mdx. The man answered my phone and said just NO. There are many MDXs in the yard, and each one has 2 front mud flaps.

I am sure he will never do that it was his own business.

My order was placed through SGI Regina Store, To save shipping fees, I drove to Saskatoon location to pickup my part.
Friendly staff, fast service.

Roadway is a perfect place to get a vehicle. Somewhere they actually put time and effort into making sure you are happy with what you drive. And Nitin does a amazing job

I can not THANK an employee named Jeremy at saskatoon SGI salvage for his Amazing help finding parts for my son truck. Jeremy was so helpful, kind, knowledgeable, professional. I was stressed out and highly worried after I found out mu son wrecked his truck that he need to get back to work with in less then 2 weeks. But after being on the phone with Jeremy for only a few minutes my stress and worries left due to how amazing Jeremy is at his job! Thank you

Before ordering a part I needed I called from Ontario and they answered all my questions and after placing the order it arrived in no time. I will deal with SGI before dealing with salvage centers in my own province.

Bought a salvage vehicle. There were extra damages/missing items unrelated to the total loss claim that they didn't disclose (or photograph). You can't view anything before bidding, and their terms and conditions saved SGI from any responsibility. Edit: now located multiple mouse nests: (

Disappointed in the policy that requires an individual to have a vehicle to pick-up their personal belongings from a written off vehicle. This a barrier to access that disproportionately affects those with low income, inflexible work hours and lack of social supports.

The policy was not communicated by SGI prior to my arrival at the grounds and resulted in an hour of my day wasted. While this was not a catastrophe to my day, it left a sour taste in my mouth and could be much worse for others.

It would be nice if your employees were a little more attentive to what the customer is asking for. I had clearly said that I want a doughnut rim (wheel) and it’s tire for my 2017 Grand Caravan. The person at the parts-shop acknowledged, and then asked me to pay $40 at the cash counter, and pick up the parts. The cashier said the cost seems too less for a doughnut wheel and it’s tire. Surprised, I checked back with another employee at parts-shop, and he said this is just for the rim! Then again I had to go through the refund process. (This would have been lot worse if there was a line and waiting). The 3 stars I have given are for the cordial and smiling employees, but I am not happy about the inattentiveness and lack of acknowledgement of a mistake on their part.

Also, it would be a lot more professional if employees gave an opportunity to the customer to first see the products and then ask us for the payment!

The staff was courteous and efficient.
I was doing a pickup for a local body shop and they helped me right away. The part was actually picked and waiting for me when I got there!

Excellent service, super helpful and friendly front desk staff found the part quickly and it was a great price. They even called to confirm availability when using the online lookup/request. Well worth a call or drop by on your repair work, they run a great shop here.

Very nicely setup. I went in and check out my bid win. I had a booster pack provided and a warm car driving me to my bid win. Absolutely zero complaints. Sgi saskatoon does it great!

My business ordered a part online. At some point the my customer never showed up for the part. SGI Salvage kept it on their shelf for pickup for one year before they informed me it was still there. Then they charged me a $48.00 restocking fee to "return" it, even though it was never picked up? As a business owner where multiple people order part's it is very understandable the part was not picked up. As a customer I am very unhappy with SGI Salvage billing me for the part and not informing me it was there for a year, paid for. And then charging me a restocking fee for something that I never actually took delivery of. Worst customer service I've experienced in a long time, they are already the most expensive salvage part's distributor, Buyer beware!
