Shaughnessy has helped us out on a couple different occasions and while we hope we don’t need repairs again any time soon, we are so pleased with the service we received! Professional, friendly, knowledgeable and patient staff. I will also say that service was provided in a very timely fashion. Great quality service, thank you!

I had 3 appliances at our business in need of repair, not knowing who to contact I asked a co-worker for a recommendation and they highly recommended Shaughnessy Appliance. I can see why they came so highly recommended as my experience in dealing with this team was excellent. Both the individuals handling our appointment and the team on-site were professional and provided excellent customer service. I received a confirmation of my booking along with a reminder. The service person arrived within the scheduled time frame, took the time to explain the issues of each appliance to me, and provide me with my options, costs and timelines for repair. A return trip was required after parts were ordered and we once again experienced the same level of excellent customer service with a different service person. Overall we couldn't have had a better experience and will definitely use Shaughnessy again should the need arise.

A replacement Thermador induction cooktop part was quickly confirmed over the phone within 24 hours and ordered. The turn-around time (Vancouver) for installation was only a few days after it was brought in. Good service.

Excellent service. Dishwasher was having a problem. Technician worked with me to identify the problem, fixed it, and told me how I could properly fix the plumbing.

Our refrigerator was leaking. I tried adjusting the water connection to no avail. I called Shaughnessy Appliance and within a few days they sent a repairman. He worked quickly, finding the problem, replacing the part and the water/icemaker is working as good as new. Very fast, friendly, efficient service.

Service technician Calen came to do some warranty work on our new stove, the gentleman was very polite and took great care of watching not to damage/get anything dirty in our recently renovated kitchen by laying down a padded work blanket to protect floor/countertop. He had the problem diagnosed and repaired all in a matter of 40 mins. He was kind enough to explain to us about what he was doing and how he was going to repair it. My gas stove ignitors failed just before Christmas and through quick efficient service a new part was preordered and repair quickly made.

The service was exceptional. They showed up in a timely manner & were prepared with the part required to complete the repair in one visit.

The repair people showed up on time and were both friendly and professional. They did a good job of fixing our dryer. One repair person was training the other which was fine. The more experienced repair person explained the repair as well as suggestions for keeping the appliance in good running order. Overall, I was very happy with the service call and wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

They showed up on time, as arranged, no fuss. As the repair needed a replacement part ordered, they arrived with other parts prospectively incase they were needed. Would absolutely recommend them.
