I put a $2 coin in the machine to put air in the tire. But the machine didn't work and I asked the staff for a refund, but it was very unkindly rejected. It's a place I don't want to go again. I hope I'm rich with $2.

This station gives out the key to the washroom. When I noted to the staff that there is no soap, no hand towels and the automatic dryer does not work, they tell me it's not a public bathroom. Apparently its for the staff only. And if it is so, may I remind you that this is the staff that handles your food including the adjacent Tim Horton staff.

Friendly staff. I always feel welcome at this shell. I'm never ignored at this store.

I, like many others who live on Broadway, am forced to use this gas station multiple times a week. There are a lot of problems, and do not expect them to fix it, because the owners do not care. Everytime I go in there I just about puke from the smell of body odour, it is not a normal healthy bodily smell that is coming from this person, it makes you cry. They have been told to clean up by customers before, and they do not care nor do the owners who are aware of it. No public washrooms, and if they were public they would be rancid because the workers cannot keep the place clean, when they decide to let you use it, it is disgusting. I blame the owners 100% not the workers, the workers are not paid enough to care so they can do whatever they want in my opinion, but the owners are the problem. The Tim Hortons is the slowest place I have ever been and the people there are not trained properly, i feel very bad for anyone stuck working in that gas station, good people the workers but a terribly run place.

Rarely ever go to this gas station. Shell has public washrooms. I happened to use the washroom, and there was no soap in the dispenser, and toilet paper was outside on baby changing station instead of being where it is supposed to be.

Why is it multiple times a month sometimes couple times a week. There’s a employee who seems to hang a sign before 6am saying be back in 5 mins and doesn’t come back till after 630. This happens more than you think. Leaving people without a store on broadway on the way to work.

Very unprofessional staff. Staff states that public washroom is for customers only. This shell has a Tim Horton attached to it. I had purchased a coffee and ask if I can get access to it, the staffs have turned around and said it’s for staff’s use only.

Consistently has the most expensive diesel in the whole city. Often often 15 cents a litre or more higher then other stations.
