We got our couch here, after going to every other furniture place in the area with no success. The staff were very nice and helpful to find something that worked for us. We ended up with a couch that is absolutely perfect, and it was way cheaper than we thought we could find! I will definitely be going back here for any further furniture needs.

Friendly and helpful staff! Especially Mathew! He was so patient in dealing with us. We live in Russell, and he made it so easy for us to bring home our sofa by helping us secure it using tie down straps. He also worked overtime just to assist us. Thanks Mathew for going the extra mile! Excellent customer service! I highly recommend this place!

Was shopping for a power lift recliner for my elderly father. Sheng House had a few models to choose from. The model we decided on was out of stock, but Jenny assured us they'd have it from their other location the next business day. And they kept their word! That goes a long way these days, and I appreciate that. Thank you.
