Engine light came on, and engine fan kept running non-stop in my 2023 Silverado. So I brought it into Sherwood Chevrolet for service on Tuesday at 7: 30 am. They had it all day, and assured me that they fixed the problem. As soon as I got into my truck to take out home all the issues were back so I booked it back in for Thursday morning. For the first appt I had to line up a coworker to pick me up, but for the second appt they assured me that theyd have a loaner vehicle ready for me. They did not. So I got up and hour early, and drove across the city for l a second time this week for no reason since I couldn’t wait until 8 for Budget to open so they could see if they had a rental for me because I had to get to work. The loaner vehicle should have been organized when I made the appt, as I was extremely clear about being on a tight time frame.

They also “fixed” another issue with my truck on the first apt for no reason because there was disorganization with the booking and they had also mistakingly put on my work order that I was having issues filling it with fuel—I’ve never had this issue.

All in all they have an extremely disorganized booking system and horrible/unprofessional customer service. —save yourself some time and take your vehicle somewhere else.

Laurie K.was a great help with setting me up to finance my own vehicle. She was very knowledgeable and helpful with finding me a vehicle that could work with my current financial situation and credit. Over the last few months I've talked to quite a few different dealerships, Sherwood was the first that listened to me when I specified the needs I had in a vehicle, and they found one that would work for me. While other places were trying to get me into just anything Sherwood went above and beyond and found me a great vehicle that had what I was asking for.

Great Team here. Chase helped get me into the exact type of vehicle. I was looking for and made sure that on his days off Larry had me taken care of so that I could get my new vehicle home asap. I deeply regret not having read the negative reviews about this dealership before engaging with them. I strongly advise everyone to avoid dealing with them.

My experience with this dealership has been the worst. On May 15th, 2023, I signed an agreement with them. However, just four days later, I received an email from Tyler Kowalchuck stating that I needed to pay an additional $1000 on top of the agreed price due to a mechanical issue they claimed to have found with the vehicle. They insisted that the repairs had cost them over $4000. They presented me with two options: pay the extra $1000 or accept a refund of my deposit based on the clause they had included in the agreement, stating, "Deal subject to suitable vehicle inspection. " Trevor Hull, the General Sales Manager, stepped in to handle the situation and exerted immense pressure on me to accept the refund. Despite my resistance, he was relentless in his efforts to convince me. Urgently needing the vehicle, I reluctantly agreed to pay $350.

Finally, after three weeks, Trevor informed me that there was actually no significant mechanical problem with the vehicle, and it had been fixed without even requiring the parts they claimed they needed to purchase with the extra $1000.

This entire experience has been absolutely terrible. I cannot determine if this treatment was specific to me or if it reflects the overall management practices of this establishment. It's possible that my English being my second language may have played a role, as some individuals may not be accommodating in that regard. The pressure exerted by Trevor went far beyond what I could handle. The consequences of this delay have had a significant impact on both me and my family.

It was a great experience the staff was knowledgeable and well mannered help me find the vehicle I wanted at a reasonable rate and payment they help me get out of a serious pickle from a previous loan from a bad car sales place just really went the extra mile to make sure I got everything I needed as well as good service from thier staff members Laurie Krislock and Griffin Vestby

Because my transportation needs changed, I ordered an 2023 Chevrolet Traverse RS and traded in the 2022 Chevrolet Colorado. Smooth transaction with the help of Dorion, Devon and Tamara. 5 star treatment from understanding and supporting my need for a larger vehicle to order and delivery. Very unsatisfied service. My experience with Sherwood has been great until this time and will likely stop our regular visits for new vehicles or services.
Had my car in for a 15-hour body work (expected to get it back in 3 days), but the body shop ended up keeping my car for 10 days due to "workers are sick". It is a understandable reason but seemed unfair for me to spend over $400 on transportation. A better schedule could have been arrqnged, and a courtesy vehicle was not provided. I asked if it was possible to get some reimbursement in a calm tone, but got a quite rude reply.
It is unfortunate, I liked the dealership up until this point.
