Please have employees at the till, I shouldn't have to track down an employee to pay for my items with cash!

I have used this pharmacy for over 30 year's and it's at it's worst. I have seen this store and pharmacy go threw many changes over the years and I have never been this frustrated with how they serve and treat the people who use this pharmacy it's too bad. If you're needing a pharmacy regularly with prescriptions and feel that using 1 and only 1 pharmacy gives you better service and treatment this isn't the one you want to use.

Really satisfied with the service of staff here. Everytime i visit this location i get served by amazing staff, specially Arshdeep Kaur she always serve with beautiful smile.

New to this pharmacy and not overly thrilled with it already. I’ve picked up prescription narcotics that I need to sign for (standar I know, and I’ll do this everytime) the problem I have is the pharmacy tech knew it was a brand new prescription for me and DIDNT have me speak with the pharmacist before leaving. Then I send my grandfather in to get a simple anti nausea medicine and the tech calls me to make sure it’s ok to give to him? Your safer concerns when handing out medications is extremely inconsistent.

I called to make sure they got the prescription that my doctor sent over for my baby they said yes. Only to get a call back at the end of the day saying "we will not be filling your prescription" they gave me no apologies or options until I spoke to a supervisor. Of course it was not too late in the day to get another pharmacy to do it. I have used this pharmacy since I moved to Regina and have been failed time and time again recently. As I was up all night with a poor baby suffering from acid reflux because these people couldn't do their jobs, I assure you they will never get another ounce of my business.

A year ago, an incident happened at store 423. The repercussions that followed changed me forever. Ive since gone down many avenues of therapy, ive been 'let go' by family and friends, employment, my safety has truly been deminished while my well being has been abolished. My self worth cannot be repaired. I cant see an end to this feeling.

This place is never open. For people that rely on access to prescriptions this is simply inexcusable. Very disappointed.

Please note the review I gave a year ago in the second paragraph that earned 5 stars. Wow. You guys really messed up. By the looks of the latest reviews. I now know why. Golden is why people went to this pharmacy. Its rare to find someone who generally cares and makes the time to deal with customers even though I could see he was busy and stressed. Went in today. Should have been in and out in 5-10 min. Was at least a half hour. Everyone was pleasant but no one could answer my basic questions. They all kept running to the pharmacist saying they had to check with him. Pharmacist looked stressed and it wasn't even that busy. Twice they tried to charge me $30 more then what I was suppose to pay. Didn't provide me with enough needles to support the meds I needed for the month and didn't have any for me to purchase. Said they had to be ordered. Now read the review I wrote a year ago below. I hope you guys can get me to change my review back soon before I find out where Golden went because I live close to you but I will drive elsewhere for the service that is exceptional.

ONE YEAR AGO. Have been going here for years. Fantastic service from everyone in this business. Golden has treated me so well over the years and has gone above and beyond for me. The staff have always made time for me even when I know they are really busy. Thank you so much.

What is going on with this store? 10-6 is laughable hours of operation seeing how majority of the workforce is not available to pickup prescriptions.

I'm not sure what happened to this place. Used to be good but now it's a total mess. They fill out stuff you didn't ask for and never have the stuff you asked for ready. Changing pharmacies.
Tired of the constant incompetence.

Lately the service has been lousy. I phoned in for my prescriptions around noon, stopped in at 5: 15 to pick them up and they weren’t ready. I was told at least another half hour. I left, being not very happy and said I would be back in the morning. Returned in the morning to find out they still were not ready, and their system was down. I don’t know if there’s a connection or not but this is the type of service I seem to be getting since Golden, the pharmacist left. Seems you need to give them several days and that is not service.

Park st location is the worse customer service in world the Pharmacy is pathetic, I will never spend another dime at any shoppers

Like the other recent posts, I too am wanting to put the time in to posting a review. I am truly baffled at how terrible the service has become over the past few months. The staff look extremely tired, stressed and overwhelmed. I have had 4 occasions in a row now where either my prescriptions were not filled or one was missing entirely, and now my refills weren’t entered into the system. I am grateful missing one dose isn’t detrimental, but I am positive other’s aren’t as lucky. I am going to be switching pharmacies- for anyone interested and able- Costco has been highly recommended.

This pharmacy is a joke, none of them know what they are doing. My meds are never filled when I go to pick them up, which is minimum 1 days after calling to have them filled or dropping the script off to them. They need to get the old staff back. I'm going to be switching pharmacies. Sorry for the bad review but this has been this way since the new staff.

My doctor faxed over my prescription for a breast pump while I was in the hospital. I went in, on my way home from the hospital for them to tell me they needed to fax over another form TO the doctor to have signed. But that hadn’t been done yet. So upon waiting the 5-7 business days they advised, I went back in to discover they have no record of me coming in a week before. They also STILL hadn’t done anything about my doctors original faxed prescription. Even if I didn’t come in a week before, I am a regular customer and you’d think they would call and ask about it instead of leaving it sitting there. (If they needed some type of “go ahead. ”) Proceeding to wait for me to contact them and STILL forgetting it.

That was my last straw after multiple failed promises to fax my OBGYN and family doctor to refill
prescriptions throughout pregnancy. Once again, I’d call to see if they were ready and they’d have no record I called…

Called over a dozen times, they do not answer the phone. I just wanted a refill of a prescription and didn't have time to wait.

For the last 6-12 months this place has been a disaster. Pharmacy can't seem to ever have things filled and when they do they fill them wrong

The pharmacist technition, Paual gave me some bad attitude on the phone regarding our prescriptions and did not want to give his name when asked. I will be following up with the manager at this location about this episode. He said our meds will be here by 8pm. Well it's now after 8pm. Slow service. And bad liar.

There is an wide selection of products, and their Pharmacy rewards program is excellent. The pharmacists are very approachable, and knowledgeable especially Golden.

Review of the pharmacy. Can not say enough good things about Golden the pharmacist. On numerous occasions he has helped me out when the doctors themselves have been at a loss. He always has time to listen and goes out of his way to help. I will continue to use this pharmacy for all my needs.

After already speaking to the Manager about Karlene and her lack of customer service, (Once again) I received zero interaction at the till with the same associate. She never greeted me, asked for my Optimum card, or thanked me for my purchase.this isnt an isolated incident. This is EVERY time with this associate. Clearly nothing is done when one calls in to complain. Which is unfortunate because I will no longer visit this location because of the lack of following up.

Disappointing.the owner is rude. The fact that one gets denied a medication to be made due to lack off staff is inconsiderate. Will not be going back.

Friendly and welcoming staff, knowledgeable and guiding pharmacist, cleanliness and very good atmosphere. Lots of parking spots. Never a dull visit.
