Went to pick up a prescription and the pharmacy assistant Rama or Roma was very rude and unkind. We come here often and we usually always meet kind employees.

One time I was shopping I was being followed by a random women who was probably mentally not okay but every aisle I went, there she was. But one thing that was very creepy that she stood at the end looking at me and standing there like Michael myers from the thriller movie. I think she was hoping to catch me stealing but I left without spending a cent. I felt disrespected. Never shopping here again.

New girl at post canada is very rude, kindly give her proper training.even I called the customer service but i didn't receive call from manager, they simply don't care at all.

Feb 28th at 1: 15 came into full prescription told it would be an hour come to find out they filled the wrong prescription understandable but when I told the girl at 2: 05 upon to get the fixed prescription I told her I need 60 mg after the ointment was 30 she then proceeded to give me 30mg without even listening to what I was saying then proceed to give me attitude cause she made the mistakes. Also looks like they were more concerned about celebrating then working

Racist, rude, and ignorant. They’ve given me dirty glances and I can no longer do quick in and out shopping here due to being followed around and watched from every corner constantly because of the color of my skin. Go to the Shoppers at Cornerstone instead.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. Two Caucasian males walked in after me for the pharmacy and still got to be serviced first in regards to my nationality (Aboriginal). Then treated me unfairly in comparison like I was a fly to be swatted away for the purchases of medicine. Do better!

Pharmacy is great however the staff in the store are not. I witness a young aboriginal boy being followed around for no reason at all by security. His mom then spoke to cashier letting them know she was unhappy about the experience. After they left I watched the staff and security gossip and laugh about the whole situation as they watched her out the window of the store. Extremely unprofessional and this is not the first time I have witnessed this at this location. I will not be going back.

Terrible experience with cashier and manager bad customer service. Pharmacy service was bad unfriendly staff will never visit this location again.train your team on customer service!

The pharmacy staff here SUCK. This is the third time I've had issues with them, but this time they straight up LIED. Said they'd phoned my Dr for the refill and I had to wait for a call back, my Dr's office informed me that the pharmacy cannot just phone in for the refill and haven't been able to since mandates ended. If I had followed Shoppers instructions I'd be waiting endlessly for refill they can't get. Don't lie to people about medication!

Absolutely the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. The disorganization and poor service is astounding.

Very rude and unfriendly pharmacy staff. Never once saw them smile. Very poor customer service and seemed to not care at all. Didn't even bother to try and explain the prescription they were handing to me.

Takes absolutely ages to pick up a prescription (even though there are like 10 pharmacy staff behind the counter). If they say your prescription will be ready in an hour, they usually mean 3+ hours. Plus when you get there, you better be ready to wait in line for 20 minutes.

Not sure why anyone would willingly use this pharmacy for their prescriptions. I certainly will not be going back. If they didnt have the doctor's office right next to them, they would be out of business. Cosmetics department is solid though, and the young store workers do a great job. But stay as far away as possible from the pharmacy.

I asked for my medication via phone a lady answered and said that your medication is due till the 14th. I called back on the 14th and the same lady a swerved rudely she said you don't have medication here and to talk to my doctor she hung up on me. I called again about 1 hour later a man answered and said your prescription will be ready that same day. I hope they do something about that rude lady.y

I got double charged, when I went in with the proof of such they refused to refund me my money. Gave me the ridiculous answer that it was my banks fault and did absolutely nothing about it. So now my bank has to dispute it. They have the worst customer service I've ever seen out of any industry and individuals. When we called back with the bank on the phone their employee hung up on us
My 2 year old niece could do a better job resolving the issue and having worked in customer service I know that they can and should have just returned the money onto my debit card.

Racist towards native Americans, there’s a few videos of proof on fb, happened multiple times. I don’t shop there because of it. Only in and out for prescription.

Pharmacists are disorganized. Few people including myself have been waiting for their prescription for an hour if not more.

I will say without a doubt from what I have seen on the video circulating Facebook that the lady Tracy should be fired due to racial profiling and unprofessionalism.

Seen the video of 2 Shopper Drug Mart employees harassing young girls when the girls were trying to patronize this store. Not good Shoppers Drug Mart. That's a fast way to lose sales. Just saying.

Unfortunately I have watching the most disheartening video that took place at this store. A supervisor, Tracy, racially profiled a few young women yesterday.
She insulted them, followed them around the store, withheld items she had the receipt for, and was caught on camera throwing the middle finger up.
Very unprofessional, I hope that you deal with this in timely matter.

Website says the do passport photos. When I went there I was told that that is at another Shoppers.

The girls in the cosmetic section always ask right away if I need help and are very friendly. I come here for all of my makeup needs as they will help colour match and offer advice if needed. Always a good experience at this particular store.

This store is incredibly disorganized, most aisles are always a mess and hard to find product. All the staff racially profile indigenous people and follow them throughout the store with no valid reasoning, the staff can be very rude. I recommend shopping at any other drugstore.

The best place to buy any product and to do shopping. Best in town for shopping and pharmacy too.

I am in the high risk because I’m a senior and diabetic. Thursday I asked for delivery of meds. Was assured they would be there about 3pm.at five thirty only to be told that the delivery guy had gone and my prescription was still there. I was then told the meds could be delivered on Monday.four days later.my meds run out on Saturday.so they said maybe they could try for Saturday. WHAT. This is disgraceful. I am disgusted and will change pharmacies if this is not Resolved.

The best place to shop for any products of household and any of the seasonal products. The best place in the town. I love it.

Advertize items at one price with several sale price items around it, then charge an even higher price at till. When supervosor called she advises the girls have not had chance to change prices. False advertizement. Lost 100$ sale. All for $. 50.

This store isn't bad but definitely has some flaws 1. Prices are definitely a lil high so I really only go when things are on sale
2. Customer service is sparse
3. I'd look to look at the make up up worh without being watched because of how I look. This makes me refuse to buy anything.

I notice a lot of East Indians are giving this place five star reviews because they also seem to own or work here. Customer service is terrible to not existent at best. The East Indian employees follow aboriginals around and are rude. When you ask a question they either don’t understand or pretend not to.

Not very good when it dealing with the indigenous people of Canada! They say Status Indians don't get the free health they are granted. Instead they say it is a 2nd insurance.

After a long week I decided to head to shoppers sunday evening by convienence that it was open. I wish I didn't because the second I walked in a blonde lady working cosmetics watched me and followed trying to be discrete while I shopped. (She didn't treat the girl who walked in ahead of me that way) I ended up just leaving my stuff and going home. I've been a customer for years and hearing security scans in the ilses I was in and being racially profiled made them lose my money. Will not be going there again, how disrespectful and inconsiderate.
