The pharmacy here is very unhelpful, I booked an appointment for a hepatitis shot as I’m traveling to Mexico but they refused my appointment because I “don’t have enough immunization records” on my health history. They wanted me to show my vaccines from over 5 years ago when I was not a Saskatchewan resident, like why do you guys need records from over 5 years ago? I showed you guys all the vaccines I got since I’ve been a Saskatchewan resident & that should’ve been good enough. Go elsewhere for pharmacy appointments people.

I asked the cashier for few quarters with the change, she told me it is not a bank to give change like that. I am not sure whether she behaved like that because of my ethnicity. Never had that kind of behaviour from any other individuals. If they don't have change, they usually say they don't have that much to give. I only asked quarters for 2 dollars.
If any one ask for cash back is she going to say it is not a bank!

Pharmacy needs a better customer service cashier. The guy was rude, slow and cared more for talking to his friend / family member. He asked for my ID then threw the pen on the counter with the form for me to sign. Then said amount, I paid then he just put receipt on my prescriptions. No words of thank you. Have a good day. Some common pleasantry that a normal customer service associate would say. It’s really souring me on coming into Shoppers at all.

Pharmacy department-Busy workers but they manage to take phone calls with prescription refills. They do what they can to accommodate everyone.

For your own health and safety, avoid this pharmacy. I have been attempting to get my prescription for over a month, and finally had to switch pharmacies in order to get it. First, a pharmacist wanted to half my prescribed doses (of a medication I have been on for six years), and I had to contact my doctor to tell them that this is not what I wanted. Then, each time I called to pick it up, they stated that the doctor had either declined the refill or had not faxed it back (but could not tell me which). Each time I contacted the doctor, for them to tell me they faxed the information to receive my refill days prior. The one time they were willing to give me an emergency refill, they misfiled it and could not locate it when I arrived. Almost every pharmacist I have talked to has been rude, arrogant, and uncaring of customer needs. If you’re looking for a good pharmacy, choose somewhere else.
