Shoppers Drug Mart

I visited this pharmacy today with an urgent matter (not the first time!) and even though the pharmacy was super busy, the pharmacist was very helpful. Such a kind, caring, efficient pharmacy staff on duty today. Thank you! I appreciate your empathy, and understanding.

Absolutely horrible how customers are treated in this store. Rude staff, long lines at the til, staff so busy visiting with each other, totally ignoring customers.
Train your staff to be more polite.

I would just like to point out that whoever answered the phone at the front desk took a very long time to answer and was extremely rude. Some customer service etiquette is in order. The people at the pharmacy were very nice however.

Today (June 28) about 9: 50pm, I was at front on checkout counter and this Cashier lady named LYNN, comes to the desk and scanned an item. After that she started yelling that bcoz of us she is not getting hours. Just bcoz I was paying by card doesn’t mean that I’m stealing her hours. If she doesn’t want to help then fine let other cashier help us. But this kind of attitude and arrogance is for what just that we are paying by card and not cash or just we are Indians not Canadians.

What kind of sick staff is that who doesn’t know anything about customer service. We respect her age, but she should’ve respected us as a customers. It’s alright if she doesn’t want to talk to me or greet me I’m not expecting that but I, being a customer gets to hear from her “you have taken my hours” is not at all acceptable. Never returning to this store again and wouldn’t even recommend anyone to come here.

WORST SERVICE

I had a great experience this week, when I was looking for some cosmetics. At the beauty center, a lady called Natalyia gave me a huge help. She explained every single product, showed me expensive and more affordable products. I would like to recognize her for all the patience. Other lady at the store helped (in a friendly manner) my husband, when he was looking for something. Thank you for that!

Just visited this place 4 times in five years of living in Saskatoon (only in emergency,) but always have bad experience rude staff with always wrong pricing tags, and if you ask them that it’s on sale they are always ready to argue. They will remove the tag infront of you and then say it’s regular price every time. Feeling sad for the owner for having this kind of staff.

The pharmacy staff there are amazing. The owner should be proud of their tireless efforts and friendly interactions with each person needing help.

Rude workers that say the most disrespectful things or phycially stalk you through ever aile & your their to shop not be made to feel like some theif that doesnt have any money to purchase items. They were all elder female workers that should have been retired many years. If you hate your job. Don'ĺ start unessasry verbal comments to customers. 2nd or 3rd a serious ordeal. I'm boycotting it for that reason now

Clean. Well lit. Betty and her staff are always friendly and helpful, no matter how busy they are.

After a year of dealing with this poor excuse for a pharmacy. Using the wrong DIN numbers and billing insurance using a secondary before the primary all we have to say is good riddance, we are done with you wasting our time and having to call insurance every 2 weeks cuz shoppers can’t do their damn job right. Finally took my insurance provider to tell us the pharmacy is not doing its job quite properly with billing and changing the DIN for no reason. We will gladly get a new pharmacy that is not ShoppersDrugMart …. One star cuz we have to. Zero stars is my actual rating

Got My flu and Bivalent Moderna. Very slick, easy to get in and get out!
I get prescriptions here as well. Well run shop.
