Good staff at the pharmacy. Polite and always willing to help with your prescription. Efficient prescription fill time

I got passport photos done at this location. My first set got rejected because of damages I was unaware of when I took them in. When I went back to the store they did not refund my photos and then took a second set without telling me that I had to also pay another $27 for them which which were also damaged. I tried to return both sets again, but an angry store manager accused me of causing the damages myself even though I never opened the photos or had them out of my vehicle. 0/10 will never go back or suggest anyone to get any product there. Very disturbed how I was treated by both management and staff at this location.

Pharmacy does not seem capable of entering info to my insurance correctly. They just keep trying to send it and after 6 or 7 attempts, my insurance goes on time out. I end up paying full price and then sending it in myself. Never enough people on in Pharmacy. Always training someone. Focused on computer not the client. I cannot recommend.

Cannot speak for the actual Shoppers Drug Mart store, but the Canada Post inside is the best in town. This location > the local post office, any day.
