Why have a phone but never pick up? Why must I pay for medications that have always been covered?

The woman security guard they have on duty makes my shopping experience suck.kept harassing me over lotion i was buying anyway
also one star to whoever answers these reviews.it is not our responsibility to go out of our way to call your company which has issues answering the phones in the first place so why would we want to call anyway?
it is your problem to deal with these issues, not ours.do better or the people will take things into their own hands

Went in the store a few days ago, and I am disgusted. The blatant racism and treatment of customers that are indigenous or any other race is appalling to say the least. I was standing in line to pick up my prescription and the employees were following young women and accusing of them stealing when they were just shopping. It’s ridiculous! I will not be coming back here, it is embarrassing. This is also not the first time I have witnessed this happening. The pharmacy is also a joke here. I will not be returning. This is the 21st century, do better!

however, the pharmacy isn't good.they forget to fill your prescriptions and they get aggressive when you ask questions about flu shots and covid boosters.
(i.e.: i have epilepsy + i'm on prozac and there has been MANY times when i've come to pick up my medication and they're all like "oOPs We fOrgOT" my seizures are triggered my mainly stress, so i would have epileptic spells.on top of that, i can't miss my other pill dose because i get delulu from the withdrawals everything else here is great! Just avoid the pharmacy cause lots of them have anger issues

Went to buy stamps and was told I could only buy them in groups of 6 for $9 a set. I need one single stamp and this shoppers is the only one I've ever had an issue buying less than 6 stamps

Disappointed about having to make three trips for the same prescription (again). They were busy the first day so I said tomorrow would be fine. Came back three days later and they tell me it will be at least an hour, so I guess they completely ignored my last in person visit. Not the first time it's happened either. I feel like I'm wasting my time dealing with them any more.

Closes too early on weekends. Not convenient for anyone. Would've been nice to open until 10pm.

My wife called on Sunday morning to fill meds. She went to pick them up at 5: 30pm on Monday and they were not available. They told her to wait 25 minutes to fill them, time she did not have. Their excuse: "Well we got busy today. " She called yesterday morning!

Update your times on your website instead of posting a sign on the door when someone arrives at your store at 6: 00 on a Saturday and you’re already closed ridiculous especially when people need to pick up prescriptions from your pharmacy.

Pharmacy is great, with one exception. A quicker cataloging method of prepaired prescriptions is needed. It is most typical that there is a 30 second to 2 min.hunt for where prescriptions are. On occasion, even longer. Multiply that by even 50% of customers and the time waste— its all hard to watch happen!
Make a method and process that allows for 5 seconds or less. It's possible.

The male cashier with the glasses and tattoos is extremely rude and unhelpful. He started being passive aggressive when I asked where an item was.

Beauty ladies are very helpful and everyone seems generally nice.would hope if some products would be in stock more often.

Pharmacy so behind it took an additional day to have a prescription filled (and they still didn't have it ready when I arrived the following day). Don't have your prescriptions faxed here! Keep the original so that if they are unable to help you can, at least, easily go elsewhere.

Every time, without fail, this pharmacy has only filled out half of the prescriptions even after I've called to confirm to make sure the prescriptions are ready. Why not just say it's not ready rather than just lying. Disappointing.

Disappointing. Have been a loyal Shoppers Drug Mart customer for over 20 years. I keep putting up with terrible customer service from John (pharmacist) and a number of the support staff. The brand new support staff are helpful but it’s obvious why the turnover at this location is high. I’m finally going to move all our prescriptions somewhere else as I am done with the rudeness when you have a question or need the smallest bit of assistance. Not worth it for how terrible they will make feel like you did something wrong by asking a simple question.

Blondy working at the counter tonight (26/02/2023) seems like she just doesnt want to be there. What ever happened to nice customer service? Lmao, not going there ever again.

Prices are not obvious nor do they always provide prices. As well it's ridiculously priced that each franchise shop prices their items separately. I found items cheaper in the residential area compared to newer and richer neighbourhoods.

Phoned to speak with a pharmacist in regards to my 15 month old having pink eye to see if they were able to prescribe any antibiotics or had anything over the counter that we could use. The pharmacist said they were too busy to help me and to phone London Drugs. I phoned London Drugs and in 10 mins had a phone consultation with the very helpful pharmacist there and was there shortly after to pick up a prescription. Moral of the story, go to London Drugs to begin with don’t waste your time with Shoppers!

The pharmacist seemed rude and like he didn’t have the time of day to assist me. I understand your busy but taking 1 minute to talk to someone kindly is not going to make a difference. Practically walking away from me as he’s telling me he can’t prescribe my daughter pink eye treatment as there is a shortage on polysporin pink eye treatment. I will be gladly switching my pharmacy to somewhere else.

Doing the classic shoppers look around with a friend. People in the makeup dept welcome you. But anywhere else in the store.not a single soul comes up to you. If for some mysterious reason I had to get makeup for something/someone, I would come here. But otherwise I'd go to a more practical location.
