Shoppers Drug Mart

I have had my prescriptions at this shoppers for close to two decades now. They are friendly, accurate, compassionate, and try to help in any way they can. I have noticed since Covid started they have been ridiculously busy. They handle the plethora of patients that come their way, spending time with each, well. They just seem to be running the entire time. I applaud how hard each member of this team works as it is a very busy place. Thank you for your help again today. Well done!

After 3 attempts to give them the correct address for the deliveries of my prescriptions they still go to the wrong suite number. I live in an assisted living care home, I am 80 years old with limited mobility.
After shopping here for 30 plus years recent simple fix problems are starting to arise that create anxiety for people in my position. I don’t know if I will get my prescriptions or not. This is disgusting when you consider the technology available today.

Start focusing on the job and the clients.

Was using this location for 8 months and every time they messed up my prescriptions. Having to drive out of town and back and with every excuse as to why it’s not done. It’s an organized chaos in there. Just find it hard to understand when it’s a drug store but are unable to fulfill prescriptions and still given ample time to fix the situation but to still have them mess it up is unacceptable

Called in prescription 5 days ago, they gave me the wrong prescription. Then the women at the counter started to try and diagnose and “suggest” we change the dosage. She said that I should be in remission for depression which is not at all correct. Tried to play doctor and knew absolutely nothing about what she was talking about.

Excessive wait and turnaround times to get prescriptions filled. They also have way overpriced products. This pharmacy used to be the best in town, sad what happen to it.

The Shoppers is great and open late but the parking lot is small and dangerous to get around in.

They never get my prescription right. Ugh. Just so tired of it. The guy working in the front really needs a better customer service. He thinks he knows everything and he never admits that it’s their mistake. When there’s a billing error on them, they gave me a full refund but he called me a week later that I owed them the money and needed a further investigation. Same problem over and over. Has he done his job properly and figured out what’s going on before contacting me? Probably not. I’m just loss of words. I requested them to give me a call back but I’m sure they won’t call me. So disappointed.

I went in to do some perfume shopping the lady working wouldn’t even look at me or anything. She was very stuck up and acting like she was to good for me. She needs an attitude adjustment.

Would give zero if I could. DO NOT use their pharmacy. I've been unable to get through to them over the phone for days. They will put you on hold for 30 minutes+ and completely ignore you. I even had them pick up and hang up before. WORST PHARMACY. Not to mention waiting 30-45 minutes in line IN STORE because of how slow they are.
