Siam Authentic Thai Restaurant

Siam never disappoints me. We ordered 6 dishes and everything was excellent. Highly recommended this place.

We regularly order from Siam Thai and really love their food. Almost always arrives quickly, great flavour and good portion sizes. Have never actually been in the restaurant so can't comment on the atmosphere, but the takeout/delivery service is always great.

This was our first time here, decent place. The food was pretty good. We ordered the Tom yom soup and drunken noodles. The Tom yom soup was very good. It had lovely flavours and a lot of different meats and toppings. This soup I would order again. We also ordered the drunken noodles. The dish itself was really filling. I also found it very sweet, a little bit too sweet for my liking. I don’t think I would order it again, but I would try some other dishes instead found in the dinner time menu.

I would like to say that it was very good, It was the best food which I have ever tried! Really recommend to try Tom Yum Soup and Pineapple fried rice!

World class! In Regina of all places… the most amazing match of flavours, every piece of the meal was cooked to absolute perfection. The Red Curry Pork was outstanding. The drunken noodle was equally amazing. Can’t say enough about this place. If you’re into Thai, you have to try this place!

I ordered lunch special: green curry (mild), broccoli pork, steamed rice with two spring rolls. Good value for money, and Love the green curry so much

We moved to Calgary and have been heart broken to not find a pad thai that comes close to yours. Or anything Thai. Please come to Calgary! No question, and believe me we have been to all the 'best' places in Calgary, you will dominate it here. Nothing like you. Miss you lots. Please come!

It took for ever to get our food and we had to ask for take away. Underemployed restaurant. Don't go there for lunch if you can not wait one hour or more.

An excellent downtown spot for great thai food. Truly a gem of Regina cuisine, Siam delivers amazing flavours and dishes. I've been many times and will many more. Highly recommend.

Best Asian resto in Regina. Only Thai resto that is authentic in Regina. Food was good and plentiful servings. Great ambiance. Only negative is the street parking. But go here for dinner, discover and indulge yourself for a rrasonable price!

AMAZING food, a huge thank you to the cook. Super fast! Terrible service. Not hospitable whatsoever. Very cold, and every request was either forgotten or done begrudgingly.

Easily one of the tastiest most authentic Thai options available. The green was the perfect amount of spice and flavour, while the pad gra pao was fantastic.

We have eaten at many Thai restaurants. After reading the reviews, my husband, kids and I tried this place. And this is no doubt the worst Thai place we’ve eaten at. The portion sizes were very small. We requested a hot spice level and the food just had red chillies in it but no heat. Our kids had the chicken Pad See Eiew, it had a strong fishy taste. My husband had the cashew nut chicken and I had the Kra Pao Shrimp. All portions were small. I feel like the dishes could have used a better variety of vegetables. We also ordered the chicken satay, a starter that came last. The food was not value for money and the service was not great. The menu was just a list and if one wanted a description, we had to go online to find descriptions. Just a pity that we don’t know when we will return to Regina.

Hard to put into words how delicious the food at this restaurant is. Completely authentic food yields possibly the best Asian restaurant in the province. The green curry is particularly good. Service is ok and atmosphere is decent, but really the food is what makes this place stand out. Definitely not one to miss.

I always come here for the Pineapple fried rice when I come to Regina. Staff and service were great. They should do something with the entry area, it would likely scare away a first time visitor.

Wonderful food. Fresh ingredients, tasty flavors, and reasonable value. Everyone at my table liked what they got. I would definitely come back here if I get the chance.

I used to like to come here to eat but today, all their portions are alot smaller. 1 order of shrimp cake used to have 5 pieces and now 1 order only has 2 pieces.
I understand food prices has gone up but why reduce the portions instead of keeping the same portions and increase your price a little bit

Best Thai food I have ever had! Even better than what I had in Thailand! Highly recommend Pla Koong (shrimp salad) and pineapple fried rice (served in a big pineapple)! Will come again!

If you are craving Thai food in Regina, this is absolutely the best place! We love to order way more than we need so we can try everything, and then enjoy the leftovers the next day. Add a Chang to your order for an authentic meal and enjoy!

So disappointed it's in Regina and we could only grab it on our way through. Food was really good and actually spicy. Delivery was fast.

I was told horrible things about this place but I had to experience it for myself. I tried to explain what I wanted and she told me don’t you know how to read.i said sorry I’ll get a certain thing. When I got my food it was tossed at me and stuff went all over the place. I said something and was told if I don’t like it leave. As I was trying to enjoy my so called food I saw a great big mouse run out of the restaurant. I tried to voice my opinion on the paper towel I found in my food again I was told if I don’t like leave and eat somewhere else. In the mean time there must have been commotion outside they all took off outside gloves masks everything touching everything outside and not changing gloves and cooking again with gloves they used outside touching the ground and such. I mentioned again about changing gloves being outside and they told me to mind my own business and to leave.

Had a really nice dinner at this place! We got the Shrimp Pad Thai & Panang beef curry (medium spicy - heads up, it's pretty spicy!) & it tasted delicious & pretty authentic. Would highly recommend this place for anyone wanting great tasting Thai food!

I had calamari fry and shrimp Pad Thai. It was a delivery. They both tested great! If you are choosing hot then you will get real hot.
Delivery was also quick and professional.

The menu has all the staples, but was also filled with items you won't normally find in any typical Thai restaurant. The service was good. The flavors were robust. The portions were big. The hardest part was deciding what to eat!

Discovered this hidden gem few years ago and had the opportunity to go back again. Great food and large portions as always. Will definitely visit again for some amazing thai food

Buffet was very limited, disappointing. The food it self was good. I will try again and go for the ala carte option and skip the buffet.

Best Thai food in Regina. Cozy place to eat with family and friends. Love their yellow curry crab dish. Pineapple rice is also good.

Once I saw a picture of their pineapple dish, I knew I had to have it. It did not disappoint. I look forward to coming back!

The food is excellent. I hear the buffet is also good but it's only for lunch and we always go there for dinner. Really recommend this place.

Had the lunch buffet, and it was pretty disappointing. Seems like the restocking is very slow. So for example, there was no rice (!) when we went through. Flavours are bland and generally not bright and fresh like I associate with good Thai food.

Food has gone downhill over the years. We arrived at 11: 30 for the lunch buffet and were rather disappointed.

1. The pad thai was soggy, we thought it was just a bad first batch, but the second batch they refilled the buffet with was soggy as well.the presentation was really terrible and looked like mush, I’m surprised the kitchen would serve if like this, especially since all the staff are Thai and should know what pad thai should taste like!

2. The white rice and kanom jim noodles were empty and not refilled promptly. The rice was empty on my first serving (maybe 11: 45), and only a tiny bit at the bottom of the pot when I went to get my second helping. Kanom jim was empty the entire time, so I couldn’t have it together with the curry. So there are all these flavourful dishes and curries but no starch to eat them with. I don’t understand why they aren’t refilling these basic items promptly, it’s all premade in the kitchen anyway?

3. The pieces of chicken in the tom yum gai were huge and stuck together.made no sense and made it difficult for everyone as they struggled to scoop the soup properly.

4. Carrot som tam salad also didn’t taste like it was pounded, more likely tossed briefly in the dressing.so the flavours didn’t penetrate the carrots well.

Overall I feel like they cut a lot of corners and it really didn’t leave a good impression. I don’t think I will ever return for the lunch buffet. But maybe one more try for dinner. I really enjoyed their yellow curry soft shell crab, pork laap, and coconut chicken soup in the past. Hopefully those haven’t changed.this was one of my favourite restaurants growing up in Regina and I’m sad to see it’s not the same anymore.
