Extremely disappointing customer service. We purchased a Kia from them in August and by November we needed a new transmission. They kept our vehicle for almost two weeks and told us nothing, did not call us to give updates, and didn’t get the car finished when they said they would. My husband went down to pick it up because no one called him to tell him it wasn’t ready yet and they seemed very unapologetic of this.
We won’t be recommending this dealership to any friends or family

From the moment I stepped on the lot to the moment I left with my new set of wheels, the entire experience was great, they listened to my needs and walked me through the process. After searching for a specific vehicle at numerous "BIG Box " dealerships and being totally underwhelmed by stale sales talk and sterile, time worn techniques, it was totally refreshing to walk into Simans.
They had a similar vehicle to what I had been looking for as seen on internet. It was fairly priced, detailed and ready for sale. After test drive there was absolutely no closing pressure. After thinking it over I returned next day and closed the deal.
Mike, Len, Jason and staff made all the difference. Like buying a vehicle from your friend.

I still think that i got scammed from this dealer.bought a car and a week later getting to know the the car and only to find out bearing was really bad and i was on my 8 hours trip. Steering was almost falling apart and was making cracking noise and ac compresor was making a really loud noise and electrically the car was very bad and bad cindition and i was told by the service manager that everything looks good and they are waiting for things to breakdown before they do any of repair.service manager was saying that dealership like honda was a scam but i was glad i came to honda and fix my car with no issue.im not going back to this place again and will not recomend this place.the staff are very rude and would yell at you.

With a name like Siman.about a year ago a very pushy salesman sold my family a nice semi-recent nissan titan with low mileage, assuring us it was being sold because the former owner upgraded not because its falling apart. 1 year later the truck is still falling apart, I won't bore you with the impressively long list of things that have failed on me with this truck but lets just say its been in the shop more than it's been on the road. With hindsight I would never have walked into that dealership and I won't be in the future.

Not only will this dealership sell you terrible vehicles, if you try and complain they will post your information online. Extremely unprofessional and I would suggest staying clear from this joke.

I was excited to give Siman my business. My wife and I dealt with Len who was a nice polite guy to deal with.

We were going to trade our truck in on a suv, we took the suv for a test drive and fell in love with it and we’re ready to purchase it. They can thank their so called mechanic for the lost sale.

He took our truck for a test drive and came back to tell us there were major problems with our truck that weren’t even there. He tried engaging diff lock at high way speed and told me diff lock doesn’t work, he heard clunking which was probably my rear end trying to engage the diff lock at highway speed, he told me my transfer case was on its way out, and the list went on. I think their mechanic needs to do a little research on all types of vehicles and learn how to properly use them. Judging by the reviews I’m not the only person that is unhappy with their tech.

I tried calling them the day of to show the tech how to operate my 4wd and diff lock and Siman wouldn’t give me the time of day. So just be aware if your looking for repair or trading in be very aware of the mechanics lack of knowledge.

When we came to see and test-drive the car, we were impressed with the friendliness and service-mindedness.   Unfortunately that good feeling is gone now. When we test-drove the car, we noticed a fairly loud noise when just before standstill braking fiercely. The mechanic said that this was probably due to corrosion which would disappear automatically when the car would be used for a while.

Another issue was a failing switch for controlling the window on the right door. In the contract it was stated that both issues would be taken care of (a copy of this contract you can look at on: steefr.simplesite.com ).   We would receive a call when the switch would come in and when in case within 3 months the noise would still be there the brakes would be replaced.

When after two months we still had not heard anything, we called them. They said that they had tried several times to call us, but a simple check on the phone-log showed that they never called. Nor did they send an email. When we mentioned that the brake makes quite a bit more noise now, they said that we are quite late with contacting them and we should be happy that they are willing to take care of the switch. Next day we reminded them of their commitment in the contract and then they came with an excuse that the mechanic said this noise is normal.

However, any good mechanic knows that brakes should not make noise. If they do, there's an issue. The innocent issue of some corrosion had been disproved so we did not accept the proposal to keep driving around with a brake issue. They had no other option than replacing the brake-pads and so they did. That solved not only the noise problem, but more importantly, the brakes did no longer require extra hard pushing and worked normally with light push.

We find it disappointing that Siman tried to escape from their support-commitment. Trying to save themselves a small amount at the cost of the safety and peace of mind of their customers is not helping their business. We noted that quite a few people wrote positive reviews and possibly these are not only family and friends. But we would recommend that you have written down in the contract whatever they say they guarantee before you buy. Because in our case they were "forgetful" and trying to escape from their obligations.

My family really enjoyed the service here. We met with Len and I was personally impressed with the level of honesty and transparency that we received. Len took time to discuss our options and it was obvious there was no pressure at all. I will most definitely recommend

Thank you to Len, Mike, Dane and Dwight as well as the rest of the team! Super friendly and have a soft sales approach. They have that can-do attitude and are very knowledgeable, trustworthy and promote open communication. Whatever we needed, they made sure we got. Whatever I didn't understand i.e. I didn't know that the car won't lock from the inside of the car if the doors are open and I have the keys (so you don't lock the keys in the car) they patiently and kindly explained lol. Had a great experience doing a trade in. Got a very fair deal on trade value and purchase value. I searched a lot and the vehicles here are priced fairly. Not trying to make the most off of a customer in just one sale. I'll definitely be a customer of this place again and they get that unlike most car dealers.

I was intrested in buying the car and I asked the sales rep for a test drive he refused I don't know are they gonna sell the car or not. I was there to purchase the car I messaged you guys about the car a month ago you guys told me it went for service when I came to see the car you guys are not letting me drive the car. No one will buy car from these kind of dealership.

As a newcomer, it was hard to find a place willing to give me an auto loan. While some places barely even tried, Len tried really hard and I was able to get a vehicle on a good deal. Excellent dealership! We went in on a Saturday morning to see a car that we were interested in and left that same day with our car and all the paperwork done. Micheal was able to answer all of our questions and handled the sales process from beginning to end, we weren't waiting around unnecessarily (an experience we've had at other dealerships when the sales person hands you off to the finance person), he explained every step of the process and we knew we were getting an amazing deal. Everyone who worked there was polite and quick to help. Should we be in the process of buying again I would definitely go back here.

We had a great experience with Siman Auto Sales and their whole staff. We recently purchased a 2008 Toyota Highlander and are extremely pleased. Not only was the mechanic and sales staff, Mike, Len, Dane and Dwight, excellent to deal with, but also their policy of ensuring the vehicle is up to quality standards prior to final sale is incredible.

The Highlander was only on the lot a handful of days by the time we bought it, and they still installed new front and rear brakes, even after the bill of sale was signed. I also had a few small requests, which they took care of for us. They were very reasonable with negotiating price. The vehicle was also washed at SUDS Full Service Car Wash, so it still smells great!
