The manager at this store changed a stressful situation for me into a pleasant surprise. My daughter had ordered a pair of shoes for me from Sketchers online last December which I never received. After several frustrating but useless attempts to rectify this dilemma, I finally gave up. (Sketchers advised they sent the order via Canada Post but shoes were never received). Some months later, I went into Skechers at Preston to buy my shoes and relayed my story. The manager offered her help to see if she could resolve the situation. Happily, yesterday I was advised that Sketchers online would be replacing my original shoe order. Thanks a million for your very professional service to this very happy customer!
