Made an appointment for a Laser Genesis treatment almost three months out. The day of appointment I sat for over an hour with being told only a few more minutes several times over this hour. After over an hour, and when my treatment was supposed to be done with already they still didn't know when I would be able to get in and would I like to come back later that day or reschedule. Was offered 10% off my next treatment. If I had missed my appointment I would have been charged for wasting their time. But when my time was wasted, 10% off is just insulting. Have not been back.

Incredibly professional, sparkly clean, amazing medical spa. I've had a few treatments there now and I've loved every single one. Yesterday I went for an express dermaplaning for before my wedding and it felt amazing. My skin is glowing and feels so fresh and clean. Highly recommend this place.

I also love the SKN initiative-it’s such a valuable and needed service for those who struggle with mental health issues. Love the way this clinic is normalizing those issues. Also, Shereen and staff are very kind and always make you feel at ease. Shereen is super knowledgeable about everything to do with skin. I keep thinking up new treatments that I “need” just so I can return!
