Went to this particular store to check on Memory foam mattress.
As I entered the store, there were 2 executives. One was assisting a customer and other was indian guy who saw me and my wife entering the store but did not bother getting up from his chair and acknowledging us.
I was put off from this behaviour especially the guy realising that me and wife too are of indian origin.
My wife calls the guy to show us the mattress and first question he ask is - What is our budget.
I mean seriously are you or Sleep Country pro filling customers?
Still keeping our cool, we pretended to check mattresses and asked about one particular mattress we saw online they had in stock but this great indian dude was not keen on serving us.
As usual Sleep Country lost a customer and we are making sure none of our friends or relatives are coming to your store.

Just left the store. I felt the man in the store profiled us and assumed we couldn't afford the product. Got exasperated at the fact that I had a certain budget for a king box spring. And when I asked for what he can throw in after I had bought the product, he answered that they were in business to make money and not giving things away. Will not be returning to this store. Leon's, Dufresne, Ashley's have better products and better customer service.

Bought a new bed and pillow as well as an adjustable frame for the mattress. Love it thank you for all the expert knowledge.

Hi i buy last year mattress n bed frame this location n i used my flexciti card i didn’t apply any insurance but they apply my insurance auto n charge mee $900 extra i waste my money

Ended up essentially having to pay an extra $20 for having to use my savings account because they wouldn't accept my cash.
