Sleep Inn Regina East

We enjoyed our stay here. It was a great location for our stopover rest, and it was so conveniently located steps away from various restaurants and grocery store. The hotel itself was a little dated but we felt it was clean and we were very friendly welcomed by the desk staff. My daughter was delighted to participate in the "quest" which awarded her with a treasure chest animal. The pool was a little bit cold for my liking but it didn't stop the 9 year old from having a blast. The complimentary coffee / hot cocoa machine was also a big hit with our child. The room was what you would expect, very clean, pillows too large to be comfortable, and I wish there was a touch more counter space and outlets but it was fine overall. The shower pressure in our room left much to be desired but the complimentary toiletries were a welcomed touch. Parking was never an issue so that was another great part of our stay. We found the included breakfast satisfactory (the sausages were especially good). Overall I'd stay here again, especially if all you need is a nice place to stay the night just passing by Regina. The IGA that is steps away from the hotel entrance is really convenient to get to for replenishing supplies and even has great selections of hot and ready food, if you don't want to go the restaurant route. I was initially a little worried to stay here based on previous reviewers commenting on rude staff but everyone we had in contact with were all very friendly and accommodating.

I'm leaving all positive because these people are awesome and even though there was a fire that the hotel evacuated everyone for, they were kind and professional and generous as hotel owners. Bravo! I would reccomend this place for anyone! Great place to stay! Your in good hands here.

Breakfast was nothing special. Bagged scrambled eggs and sausage. Do it yourself pancakes/waffles.

Driving from coast to coast and this was one of the best places we stopped at. Location is perfect, close to plenty shops and food. The guy at front desk was very helpful and accommodating and the room was very clean, beautiful and comfortable! Will definitely stay again!

Nice place to stay near Regina. Just off Hwy 1 in a great area with nearby grocery store and restaurants. Staff were extremely courteous. Bed was a 7/10. Breakfast 6/10 but its included. Overall, it's a good place to stay.

Stayed overnight on way home with family. Pool is cold, hot tub was out of service and there is weird smell in the facility. Could use some updating. Check in was quick. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Front desk staff were friendly and made a point of looking up and saying hi. Shower pressure was great and bathroom was a decent size. Breakfast was ok. Coffee wasn't bad. Came out of a machine and I'm wondering if it was liquid coffee? As we were traveling with kids would probably try the Hampton next time as I know the pool is usually pretty warm.

Right by the highway but very quiet. Staff were very kind and accommodating. The breakfast was very nice with many options.

Have only ever stayed here during the week. But its clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Within walking distance to a couple of restaurants as well as a Timmies and gas station/convenience store. Easy access back to hwy 1 as well.

Great price. Amazing staff, they were all extremely helpful and super friendly. The room was clean, pretty and the bed was sooo comfy. I would absolutely stay again!

Clean hotel on east side of Regina just out of the city. Makes a great half way point stay if going to Manitoba from Alberta. And if you have kids they have a pool

Rooms are nice, compliments to the room service. Front desk had the personality of a stone; really happy to be paying $150+ for that sort of welcome to your hotel. Won't stay here again. I feel if im gonna pay that kind of money every aspect of the hotel better live up to the price.

Travel here often for work. Cann stay anywhere i want; won't be here tho even tho the rooms r nice. I place customer service ant a premimum. I'll go where im treated well.

Decent place to stop for the night. And that's it.
Room was clean and quiet. Front staff were nice and helpful. And the brekky was alright.

Hot tub was not working (apparently for some time after reading reviews), and the fitness room is pretty pitiful.

Pretty expensive for what you get.

The weird gravel pool deck is also very painful to walk on.

Not good. Wifi didn’t work, it would stay connected for 30secs and then disconnect. I was too afraid to ask for help because the lady at the desk was rude. She didn’t listen to anything I said which made checking in difficult, when it could have been easier if she just looked at me and listened to what I was saying.

Little late on this post. Stayed on July 23rd for my son's birthday party. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. My favorite was the hand written welcome note. Thank you for your hospitality. It was amazing!

This was a lovely experience. The pool and water slide are a riot. Lots of nice breakfast options. Friendly staff. Very comfortable beds. There is a small grassy area for pets. It is an older hotel but still a nice stay. Will probably come again.

Staff was fantastic food was excellent rooms were nice and clean and very well kept it was a great place to stay guaranteed five stars

A very clean and quiet hotel and staff are very friendly and helpful. Only issue is the pebble surface around the pool is in poor shape and comming off and hard to walk on.

Poor wifi speed, beds are hard and uncomfortable, there are massive granite thresholds that make is ridiculous to roll anything over, the mini fridges don't have freezers (when you are on the road this matters) and the hot tub is broken. Might be okay to spend a night or two, but definitely not a place you want to be in for any amount of time.

Everything was great, but I did miss waking up to coffee in the room. Lots of coffee at the front of the entrance, but for convenience not a thumbs up. Everything else was very nice. Will stay there on our way thru Regina, will return in the future.

Clean rooms, pet friendly, excellent friendly service from staff, great location. Would recommend.

For the price this place is a hidden gem. Rooms are clean and relatively updated, the breakfast has waffles, eggs and sausage (better than we could find at the days inn), and the staff were very courteous. Shoutout to the lady helping out with breakfast in the morning- she was super friendly and made our day:)
