The owner of this business is a psycho! They tried to scam me years ago by saying my newly bought house needed a new $5,000 furnace! But I got a second opinion from all rite plumbing and all I needed was to change the filter more frequently. The previous home owner just did Renos and the vents had tons of dust. I told the business owner about their mistake and he came to my house and refused to leave when I asked him to. It was very scary and he was really trying to intimidate me. But he finally left when my boyfriend came back from walking the dog. Not sure what would have happened otherwise.

We've used their services a few times and its always been great. Our a/c died and they came out on Canada Day to fix it. Very impressed!

My furnace was cutting out and not working this morning. I called Smile and they were out in about 2 hours on a very cold day. The tech, Megh, was knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem quickly. He quoted me a price to replace the inducer motor and I agreed. He went to wholesale to get the part and returned quickly to complete the repair. When Megh started to disassemble the furnace to install the inducer motor, he found a plugged line. He cleaned out the line and found that the part did not need to be replaced. I appreciated his honesty as he could have said the part was required as well. It saved me about $600 on the repair as I only had to pay the service call fee plus the labour for cleaning things out. Megh was very personable, honest and a pleasure to deal with. I would not hesitate to use Smile again.

I have called Genadi on several occasions and everytime he has fixed the issue. Friendly fast service. I will be using him in the future and recommend him to anyone I know. Honest, hard working small business owner. When people talk about supporting small local businesses Genadi is a prime example.

Smile plumbing did a great job installing furnace humidifier. Their technician "Megh" was very pleasant, he took his time and performed every step of the process very diligently. He even made sure that every thing is neat and clean in the end.
