I was so happy to get a great deal on an induction stove. Lana was very friendly. And my husband was happy to exchange a few words in Ukrainian. Although I’ve only had the stove a few days, all seems to be working well. I also liked the location of the store. When I decide on a new fridge I will look here first.

Fast and easy service. Great place to pick up a used appliance. Lana was easy to deal with.

Updated a year later to add: we purchased our fridge a year ago. It had aftermarket work done (that was not disclosed to us at the time of sale) on it that caused it to malfunction. We had that fixed, which cost a fair amount but we still got the fridge for a great price so we decided it was worth it. Shortly after, the fridge broke again (unrelated to the initial issue). This fix is now nearly $2000 for product and labour.

The fridge we bought had issues that were hidden and not disclosed, as well as after market work that was done (poorly, to hide issues with the fridge) that ended up costing us a lot of money, and now we either have to go buy a new fridge or pay nearly $2000 to fix.

All this to say, I wouldn’t recommend SMS, as we were completely blindsided by the product they sold us.

Lana was so friendly and helped me find a great fit. My house was a doozy to deliver and install a washer and dryer in and the delivery team made it seem seamless and gave me great pointers. Highly recommend!

No one wants a major appliance to kick the bucket but if it happens to you SMS can help you out. We found a solid washer we could afford, excellent service in the store. They arranged for same day delivery. Highly recommended.

Bought a dryer from SMS that didn’t fit down our stairwell and they offered an exchange but they didn’t have any others small enough. They said they would let us know when they got stock - never heard from them. So I bought a dryer new. I reached out again and said we’d take a deep freezer instead - never heard from them.

They said they don’t do returns so we gave them almost $500 and got nothing in return. Great!

We purchased a fridge and stove. 30 days warranty and were treated very well.would do business here again. Thankyou Miss Lana.

I purchased a refurbished dryer from there. It failed when I tried it at home. We had to bring it back and was exchanged for another one, and this one failed too. They do not do 100% repairs and maintenance checks on their items. Waste of time and effort. Starting over and buying new now.
